Nothing beats that sound running through the mountains and valleys….except for the peace and serenity of the destination…Beautiful!…Travel well!…Out there doing it on the bare essentials…at one with nature…the elements…The vibrations of the chariot that gets you there to the serenity of the destination and nature itself…Beautiful!…Stay safe and enjoy life to the fullest🙏ps take some mosquito spray next time to make it just that little more comfortable and a little gas burner that fits in the saddle bags incase ya can’t get wood👍
So very tired of the heat and humidity of the Ohio Valley. I swear I can actually feel the cool breeze of your ride and the air in the shade of the trees. Thanks for providing a wonderful break. Camp coffee is always worth getting up in the morning. You are fortunate to have such great sites so close to home.
Man, that is great feedback Richard, thanks for leaving a thoughtful comment! I feel ya on the heat though, the mountains offer a cool break from the high dessert where we currently live. Thanks for watching, hopefully some more balanced weather is on the horizon for ya. Cheers!
Happy to hear the bikes got a better ride. Still need a walk around vid with the bike. Nice to see a young couple with the energy to ride and camp and go to work the next day. Lol. I’m an older dude those days behind me. Nice vid guys.
Beautiful Video. What a beautiful area. Great scenery; the mountains; lake; the ride. Awesome. Guess you have not had to use the down filled armed forces sleeping bag your grandfather gave you yet; with it being so warm. He was telling me about the sleeping bag and how warm it can keep you. Keep the videos coming. They are terrific.
Hey thanks for the positive feedback. Haven't used the armed forces bags yet but looking forward to trying them out in the fall. Will do, thanks for watching Paul!
Very, very beautiful video! Ya’ll have come a long way in a short time. You have all the bases covered-- beautiful bike, BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, Dude w/a beard! Thanks for taking me along to this scenic spot!
Again what a incredible landscape you are living in..! This inspires me to visit this part of the world as well. You wrote to me last time ,you want to visit the Alps, in Europe .. yes definitely also very wide en breathtaking mountains.. so again so many places to see and to ride to and to explore..! Thanks for you vlog, I really like it..Cheers form Holland, from Tim
One of the reasons we moved to this area of Washington from Seattle (and before that Canada) was the variety of landscapes, roadways, and climates of the USA, just so much to see and really fun by motorcycle as well. Many places to see in Europe too. Cannot wait to go one day! It is our pleasure, thank you for watching the show. All the best to you. Cheers!
Another great video and another reason I'm gonna hang in Washington this year. That said, I always romanticize camping by a lake and swimming when in reality I'd probably be much more like Nika - especially in a mountain lake setting. One toe in and I'd be like, "I'm good." Too bad about the camp scooter, but maaaaybe for the best. Some people just don't know when to y'know - camp. Last year I traveled by motorcycle and most places didn't allow fires due to the heat which made me figure: camping is about 2/3 campfire and 1/3 hanging in nature. You two are awesome. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work. 🤙
Love this video!! I felt like I got to spend a bit of time with you. So beautiful. Love hearing you talk about the adventures throughout. Nika did you get your second seat installed yet? I want to see your bike in a video! ❤️
Thanks Deanne, your support means a lot! Nika's seat is installed and her bike will be in future videos, we'll take both bikes one of these days. Thanks for watching the video D!! Miss you all.
Hey guys accidently stumbled on to your channel and have watched them backwards on a binge as i got hooked on them, sorry for viewing them backwards but I am from downunder so that could explain it. Keep up the great work I luv the simplicity and how down to earth you both are
It was very-very considerate of you two to try to coast out of camp in the morning, and yet the best kind of exhaust in my humble opinion (as owner of several machines) is to have a whisper quiet exhaust. Squirrels, Chipmonks, tweety-birds..... trees even..... they might like to slumber-in some mornings too. Bat's and owls work the night shift, so they like to kip-in most days, Lima Oscar Lima. Kind regards.
Buy a fold up wood cutting saw and carry it on your bike ,you can cut up small dead pieces of wood and have great fires on the road, thats what I do on my bike ,amazon sells them.
and I just like to add : Indeed progressive shocks are improving the riding performance of your bike! Good choice , I had them installed also on my 2002 Heritage...! Cheers
:) Glad you got the new shock and spring on! GREAT share and Video! THANKS MUCH and safe travels! HAD TO LOL! Kudos for trying to coast out of camp, but your Harley is not that lound, compared to others I have heard :) Just a normal distinctive exhaust :) Cheers!
Man, I really enjoy your camping videos..... it's nice to see that somebody's main ride is an evo! Chip and Dale look like they were having a good time in this video lol
Thanks very much for watching them! haha ya those chipmunks were up to something that is for sure haha. Love the evo, pretty reliable so far and cost effective!
Hey Auntie Jennifer, I am not sure this second, but I will say it comes up a lot in Nika and I's discussions about where to go one of these summers. I will of course keep you posted on our plans when they get more concrete and will see you and uncle Scott soon, which we are excited about!
Just the sound of the Harley and the wind perfect!
Thanks a lot John!

That bike has so much damn character, I like it ,I ride the 01 roadking myself, it's one of my most favorite possessions.
Thanks a lot. I like those roadkings too. Probably the best for motorcycle trips eh

The Wenatchee River valley looks like an absolutely gorgeous ride. The ol’ Evo sounds pretty gnarly too. Another great video!
It is a beautiful area for biking! Thanks so much for watching!
Really appreciate your attempt to be considerate of the other campers. That is a pretty rare trait.
We try! Thanks for watching!

Gorgeous campground! Can see why its difficult to reserve a site for the weekend.
It sure is a nice one, yeah packed full on the weekends. At least we got to try it out, even if a little rushed.

Good idea - we will look into that. Thanks for watching!
That bike of yours sounds great. Reminds me of my '91. The bike footage is awesome. The PNW is great for those sweepers alongside rivers.
Agreed - we love the roads along rivers. Thanks for watching!

Question: When are you going to visit your aunt and uncle and ride the “Dragon”?
Hey Auntie Jennifer, I am not sure this second, but I will say it comes up a lot in Nika and I's discussions about where to go one of these summers. I will of course keep you posted on our plans when they get more concrete and will see you and uncle Scott soon, which we are excited about!
I live in Ontario. Nice video's Take Care.
Oh cool! Nika lived in Thunder Bay area for a short time, very nice area. Thanks for watching!
surprised Dude..with all them trees around, and down on the foreshore, was certain you could have got a fire going with abit of scrummaging around
Oh yeah I think we probably could have - if it was colder it would have been more of an incentive to make it happen haha. Thanks again for watching!
Water looked cold
Good day sir/madam stay safe allways..

Yeah it’s great for hot nights! The brand is Poler, and we love it. Thanks for watching.
Just wondering what is the tent that strapped to your bike?
The tent that straps to the bike is an Abel Brown - Nomad tent. Thanks for watching!
