So glad to hear things are getting better for her.
I know you chose that title to be triggering for views. You know that’s clearly not what she said. I’m disappointed.
What an important story to be shared and you’ve presented it to be a cesspool of incels and misogynists shitting all over a woman for something she didn’t even say. Which they would have realized had they watched the video and not just gotten trigged by the title and acted before thinking.
You actually make and present some really good quality videos sometimes, but I almost never watch them because you degrade them with mistaken click bait titles. I get the need for views but I think you’d get more if you stood for something.

Why would she now not trust men because of the actions of one man? Also, why would she lose touch with friends and family over the incident? Am I the only one who is confused by this?

Me too. Also that arsehole sort of won if she moved away. Glad things are picking up for her though.

Trauma. Trauma makes one think illogically

Oh tragic. Generalization is still bad.

As someone who's experienced abuse and literally was almost murdered by my ex boyfriend last year, it's a safety mechanism. I have dated since he and I broke up and when I tell you 80% of guys I interacted with within the context of dating apps (and I'm friendly and was only looking for friendships and conversation, so I was kind and spoke with everyone respectfully) were very aggressive, demanding, and possessive/disrespectful to me if I was busy and didn't respond back quickly enough, or didn't want to meet them, I promise you this was my experience. I've also been followed by guys that speak to me on the street that I'm npolite to but refuse to give my number, I've been cornered in public places by guys that I don't feel comfortable acknowledging. I'm very small (5'2" and 105 lbs) and look much younger than my age (I'm 29 but people often mistake me for a teen girl) so people think they can take advantage of me easily. Many women have this same experience and there are many men that do these things or have friends that do. And even if they are good guys they don't stop their friends from doing and saying bad things. Let's not pretend like the women don't get shot down and dismissed a lot of the time if they speak up or, much like this comment section, get told to stop generalizing for trying to protect themselves from potential danger. If you're different, then have a different approach. Hold your friends accountable. Help protect women or stand amongst the attackers for not doing anything and being dismissive. If I watch my friend set a building on fire and do nothing to stop them, legally I'm an accomplice. If men do the same when they see a guy doing something bad to women and don't stop it or speak up, what does that make the passive man?
