One was an episode of Dr Who and I dreamed of a massive alien invasion in my hometown. I even remember someone asking "maybe they're friendly", seeing this massive machine monstrosity in the sky, then it began shooting lasers all over the place and I go "nope, they're hostile, they're invading THEY'RE INVADING"!!!!! There are a lot, A LOT, of incohences in the locations 😂
    There also are many swaps between the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est, one beeing shot for the other one 😁

    Even if what Amelie did is questionable, some people don't need a new "boo". The red-haired lady spent decades loving the same man, her whole lifestyle has been of a married woman, and just like Amelie's dad who's also alone after his wife died, it's not companionship they want but either hope (letter) or a new scenery. Would anyone think the Glass Man needs a wife ? Not really, those people know who they are. Anyway, always glad to see people enjoy this movie 🇫🇷

    You might like the "Amelie: The Musical". There are several versions available here on UA-cam to watch. The UA-cam version, "Phillipa Soo looking a lot like the girl from Amelie (Audio Fixed)" Phillipa Soo version /watch?v=fFTG4_c0Hvg whom is also on the Broadway soundtrack. A pre-Broadway version with Samantha Barks as Amelie, /watch?v=OAXUK3mTFAM Samantha Barks version, and she even covers its song "Stay" on her self-titled solo album. There is also the London cast album, and a German cast album with German language versions of the songs. There are some great clips online of the Japanese version of the show, and their paper cutout style stage background that was pretty amazing. I first saw this movie in a arts theater, with English subtitles, I wasn't a fast enough reader to catch everything, but I still love the movie, and wish they would have made a sequel, with Nino and Amelie having a kid, and the kid gets lost in Paris and starts helping everyone, and Amelie, and Nino have to find her. Audrey Tautou, was so cute in this movie I had a crush on her.

    • @caleidoo
      @caleidoo 9 місяців тому

      Two things are visible. The cultural differences (EU vs US), but also the age difference. Some things mix together of course. Like the personal space and how (quickly) people get physical. Today this is quickly linked to bad behaviour, but it was not always the case in those days - man or women. And especially in France. People enjoyed the physical part of getting to know people and accepted the small risk of things might end in sorrow or a degree of regret. But they didn't put everything in one basket or thought about shaming people online, for instance. And most French women could (and still can) be assertive enough if a boundary is crossed. Without the need to share it with thousands of online strangers.
      But if you're not fluent in French you miss a lot of subtle jokes and nuances in the emotions.

    What is INFP

    • @arcanevi4477
      @arcanevi4477 Рік тому +3

      It's basically something tiktok people do to make someone have a specific personality. It's similar to those people who say "oh he's a capricorn so he's this and that, and he does this because he's a capricorn". Basically it's something people use to rotulate someone over their personality or zodiac sign

    • @NZBigfoot
      @NZBigfoot Рік тому +1

      As an actual real INFP myself... its just a personality type. There are 16 personality types and for the most part the Myers Briggs system the classification comes from is pretty accurate, the thing is, a personality type isnt you 100%... If you're an INFP you arent one all the time in every situation, but its your strongest personality foot forward , the personality you fall back on the most in life so to speak... As an example im an INFP, but in the right rare social situations I can be an ENFP and if required I can shunt my INFP habits to the side and be as hard and logical as any INTP would (although its hardlol)... a person who is strictly 100% their personality type all the time in every situation (especially an INFP) may need some help, as its not healthy to live like that.
      Sure its a 'pseudoscience' but its surprisingly accurate for the most part and shouldn't be taken to serious (some people do unfortunately) or be allowed to dictate your life, but like ALL psychology fields its still pretty much science-lite.
      Personally i dont see Amelie as an INFP, there's some aspects of that type there sure but also others (as there would be).

    • @samsonau8205
