    Love that Deciem are doing slow November & wonderful to have your expert option on the best of Deciem .There is no one else whose skincare knowledge I value more Renee ❤️ . Have just started CAIL based on your previous review on it and it’s magic on my ageing crepey neck. Visibly plumped after the first use, can’t wait to see what CAIL can achieve long term 🤓

    Thank you for pointing out that EVERYTHING has HA & niacinamide. My skin is not a fan of either - especially niacinamide. It's getting harder to find products without niacinamide. So, I appreciate when companies have effective products without it.

    MG is my absolute go-to for pairing with retinols and when my eczema starts to act up on my face, it is a LIFESAVER! Its just so soothing and nonreactive for irritated skin

    I remember Dr Obagi saying years ago that Melanin in sunscreens is the way forward in strengthening sun protection. Survival 20/30 is my favourite sunscreen of any I’ve ever tried (also has fractionated melanin to boost mineral agents to a PA+++, as well as an antioxidant complex). Absolutely 💕 , so underrated
    Pycnogenol is also excellent from The Ordinary, and I’m gutted they discontinued Alpha Lipoic Acid! That stuff was strong, but brilliant 😭

    "everything contains niacinamide" truer words have never been spoken😭I too can't tolerate niacinamide and was super happy to see it's not in MG, but alas, as an acne-prone skin, squalane right at the top doesn't help :( hope they'll come out with a lighter, oil-free version🤞

    • @MarissaCooperButPoor
      @MarissaCooperButPoor 2 роки тому +1

      Squalane is non comedogenic though, do you usually break out with it?

    • @beeg1549
      @beeg1549 2 роки тому +3

      @@MarissaCooperButPoor not breakouts but it does clog my pores if used everyday- more like blackheads and whiteheads. Shea butter on the other hand, which is also non-comedogenic, gives me deep cystic acne so I steer clear. Tbh I don't really believe in comedogenic ratings- even michelle from labmuffin has debunked it

    What % Of Tretinoin on do you currently use? I have Worked up to the 1%. But I’m contemplating actually going back down to the .05%. My skin can take it, it’s just that I don’t think it needs more than .05% for anti-aging benefits?My dermatologist had mentioned to me to only use tretinoin twice a week because of the blackbox warning. How do you feel about that also?

    Have begin to get my new to me Deci products. Last year on your recommendation I got the Niod lip treatment which was amazing and got me rid of a scar on my upper lip. This year decided to try more. I had already been using the Ordinary's pycogenol, so tried Niod survival Ave also love that. Have now ordered CAIS, NEC (a big area of concern for mixed reviews), FECC and the blue spray. This will be a Niod year for me. I think we I will get a second bottle of survival because it is not much more expensive than TO pycogenol. Thanks for your great videos. I have missed you this year
