Can't go wrong with another chicken recipe on the griddle, always love the veggies and the spices to crank it up. Just got the fajita spice to try so this is perfect. Thanks for these ideas and recipe.
Awesome CP! I love Blackstone fajitas and I haven’t done this in quite a while. I definitely need to find that tortilla warmer to go with all my other Blackstone accessories. I just put together my outback tan 22 inch griddle the other day and very pleased with it. Take care brother. Hope you have a great week.
We have been using that Fajita seasoning for a long time and it is great! Looks awesome Butch. This will be the next thing I try on the new Blackstone that I just got.
Looks delicious as always and is it better leaving chicken together or cutting it before you cook. I’ve always cut mine up when making something like this.
I thought about cutting them up before cooking and I guess it would be great either way, just wanted to try them out this way. The chicken seamed to be juicier to me this way, but it didn't have the sear all the way around each cut. So I guess in the end it just depends on what you want. Not sure if one way is better than another.
Good stuff, Butch. Thighs are my favorite, as well. Bolner's Fiesta seasonings are great. They have an extensive line, including chicken fajita seasoning.
I'm new to the rBlackstone community. I don't know where to start with so many gadgets out there. I was hoping you might be able to help me. what accessories do i need to first clean my griddle. then to start cooking what do i need including stuff for making breakfast . Thank you
Welcome to the Blackstone family!! You are right, there are A LOT of things out there. To clean your griddle, you need a good scrapper, Blackstone has a few different styles and the best thing I can tell you there is go to the store and just hold them to see which one feels good to you. Along with a scraper.....Paper Towels and lot's of them. For most griddle cleanings that is really all you need. As far as accessories, a good set of spatulas is a must and some tongs too. You will need some squirt bottles (one for oil and one for water). I use the big Blackstone ones so I don't have to refill as often. These few things should get you started and as you use your Blackstone more, then is when you will find what other things you will want. Thanks so much for reaching out
If you season the grill top by just using half an onion and rub it all around the cooking surface, you'll be amazed by the change of flavor. you won't be disappointed.

How many "crazy" people are you cooking for? It looks mighty good from here.
Lol, there are A LOT of mouths to feed here. Most nights I'm feeding 7 to 9 people.
Fantastic. Thanks! 😊

If you like Fiesta brand Chicken Fajita seasoning, you should try their Uncle Chris steak seasoning. It’s excellent!
