I tried doing this myself, got to ~300k in one hand the first time around after realizing that baron wasn't gonna show up...
I got e 15 as my first e by getting 3 damm time triboulet (ankh whit spectral deck plus invisible joker)

1:37 For anyone wondering what he means, RT had some ridiculously specific steps to get the exact RNG he needed to get a super combo. Steps like, reroll the shop 4 times, buy nothing, and leave. The set up was the most entertaining part for me.
It's not rng. The very definition of seeded runs means all outcomes are perdictable and you can do the same thing every time to reach the same outcome. It's not random.
Shop all have joker pools. Each pool is different for each ante. So on a seeded run where you can keep replaying the same seed you can find out the order of that pool.
If he was rerolling a lot and not buying that means he was trying to get really far into the joker pool before he went to the next ante. Also this carries over if you revist the same ante. For example, if you are on ante 3 and reroll 4 times and then take the voucher to go back to ante 2... once you get back to ante 3 it will start you on "reroll 5".

It is RNG though. RNG literally means "Random Number Generator". RNGs are not truly random in any situation unless you rely on something non-algorithmic.
"get the exact RNG he needed" is a perfectly valid statement because he was manipulating the Random Number Generator within the game to get the required state.

Only the first playthrough of a seeded run is random. because you are the first person seeing it. Once you get your community to play the exact same seed over and over to where the same inputs make the same outputs it is no longer random.
It is deterministic, which is why he was able to get such a high score. It was planned and not random. The inputs like "reroll 4 times and buy nothing" were done on purpose to make a set outcome. aka, not rng

hack makes all your low card proc twice, making your bloodstones proc twice, this means that the equation is mult x2 x2 x2 x2 or mult x16.
whereas with triboulet, the equation is mult x2 x2 x2 or mult x8.
hack was twice as good as triboulet.

His seed is kinda nutty I got 3 tribs and 2 sock and buskins and reached e36. You just have to hold onto ankh till the end of ante 6 using the face joker in ante 1 for money and then boot straps and bull (also dont use the negative skip). There is also a poly 10 that I strengthened up to a king in ante 4 which you can later red seal. Also if you wanna go further than me skip hexing the trib and try to make it negative as the sock and buskin later on is foil.

AnonJolteon gave him instructions up to a fairly low ante, just to have the proper setup for the highest score they could find. The end was simply RT showing off his gambling skills.

Rtgames seed was rng broken as well a specific set of moves gave u almost perfect rng until a point where it then branches out and u can do what u want. Id like to see other youtuber seeds get an rng playbook

the first kind alone would trigger +4 mult, +4 mult to 22 mult is more than enough to go from 6.1e16 to 7e16.

Honestly fantastic run especially on the first try. Fun vibes and the edits at the side for the effects were perfect. I've played Balatro but it still helps cause who has fkn seen and remembers every effect in the game, really
