Had the same thing hapen to me last year. Truck was running really bad pulled valve cover and had a lifter completley loose. pulled intake had bent pushrod but luckily cam and lifter were fine. Ordered a new pushrod and lifter put her back together and no problems. It happens.
Thats a bummer. I had that issue with my covers when i went to a prw roller tips on a 305 i had. Still waiting on that 355 to get punched out and the 78 big ten to get torn apart and cleaned up. Im planning on comming down this summer, i would stop by since im in kansas right now but i got a lot of parts to get back up north in north dakota for the squares i got

332 to the hubs is what we got at the dyno.
Glad everything turned out ok, maybe that rocker rubbing stole a couple hp so now it'll have 339 lol.
I'm pretty sure the next time on the dyno it'll make the 339hp.
