The Morris Oxford was a car in production by Morris Motors of the British Motor Cooperation (BMC) from 1913 and it ran it production until 1971. This is the last generation of the car which was called the Series IV. From the series V onward the body style was known as the Farina Models, This nickname came by due the car being designed by the famous Italian design house Pininfarina. This series IV ran for production from 1961 till 1971 for 10 years. it had a 1.6L (1600cc) BMC B series engine as its only engine option. This car also went by the name Austin Cambridge A60. due to Austin Motor Cooperation being a part of the BMC group of cars.

My Father bought a 1967 Morris Oxford which was imported from London to Colombo with 9 other Morris Oxfords . I remeber vividly the Exterior colour was Dove Grey & Snowberry White with the Cherokee Red Leather Interior it had fine silver polished rims . It was beautiful . When we came to SL back in August my Son saw 2 Austin Cambridges & a old Holden & a old Puegoet in Kandy region .
My grandfather back in the 1960-1970 had a gray Austin Cambridge as well. These cars are so nostalgic
Excellent video - I really enjoyed it! Great camera angle for the driving footage. That Oxford looks to be in superb condition inside and out and the engine is running smoothly and pulling cleanly. A real credit to the owner 👍 My Dad's friend had the Traveller (estate car/station wagon) version of the Oxford back in the mid 1960s and it was a great workhorse.
