HELP! That was just what I needed today. I have never done the scorpion into a torso twist or reverse scorpion. That was awesome. I'll have to show my husband who is also named Sean. We do a lot of martial arts, lifting, and running, so the parts stay tight without stretching. 😆

HELP! Another great video and this one really seems to help my lower back. A couple of Coach Vigue videos (this and the cold park Minnesota) have massively helped. Always good to learn some new stretching exercises being is so important if you want to healthy. Trust me I'm 67. I stretch every day for at least an hour. Before I do 1/2 kickboxing workout a 200lb heavy bag. I can still kick with every kick over top of the bag and a 7 ft tall and I'm not talking about one kick I'm talking about 700 anyway if it wasn't for stretching and flexibility I would never be able to do to do those high kicks. So I know some great stretching routines as well but you just taught me a couple new once thank you very much never too old to learn right. I do straddle splits and regular splits 7 days a week very very important and keeping core strong I could go on and on but I won't cuz no one read it anyways lol but thanks again man couple good stretches in there that I never knew about.
