Ha! 🙋🏻♂️ I first discovered your workouts, pre-Colorado move, because my lower back needed some help. I think I'll be incorporating that new Jim Reacher stretch into my Vigue routine.
I had cervical spine surgery arthroplasty towards the end of May 2022. Even though this stuff's mostly for back or hips I do it and it makes my upper spine more flexible as well! Thanks coach Vigue!
Thanks, Sean! My lower back up until recently was quite pliable. I could twist like we did in this video and on one side or the other would always receive an adjustment. Recently, though, it is so sore and unpliable. I rarely get adjustments when I twist anymore. It is tight. I'm trying to implement more stretching into my routine, but I'm getting slightly concerned that this is "permanent." I'll keep stretching!
The building at the bottom of the screen looks like The Newport Bayclub Hotel in Disneyland Paris😀 When I do pigeon + thread the needle, I love to bind the top arm (hand) with the foot of the bent leg, feels amazing. Have you ever tried it, Sean ?
Sean loved this low back flow, and I have been dealing with LBP / Sciatica for the past several years, and have to do yoga every morning in order to walk my dog around the block without piercing right hip pain, and your flows have been a great addition to my morning flow. Thank you
I drive for a living and these stretches have been a back saver. I have been experimenting with muscle contractions and body positions while driving to relieve physical and mental fatigue. Do you have any insights on this type of body work? I think it would be a real benefit to many long haul drivers.

I love how you end your videos with a nature pan. Wonderful stuff. When I first came to your channel I was overweight, and was able to use your classic "20 minute Killer Core Workout" almost every day for most of a year to get myself into shape. Now, after lower back injuries from not treating it well training, I'm back and the pain's all gone my friend! Thanks for everything Sean 👍

Loving your sessions mate, I live in New Zealand, I'm a tradesman an suffer with lower back pain etc etc. 44 and seizing up so my tattoo artist put me on to your sessions as he does your as well. I get lots of referring pain from back in to lower abdomen, hoping that been more flexible will help.
Injury to T-4,5 and 6 about 8 years ago. Sometimes I still get some extreme crunchiness between my shoulders. Yoga has been a saving grace from any pain or loss of mobility. I've started strength training to build a stronger core and there is no pain.
Once again your back stretching has alleviated my low back pain I have every day. It has gotten SOOOOOOOOO much better over the last couple of weeks with your stretching and yoga. This may be my favorite one so far!

My lower back has been tight for a long time. Its especially tight when sitting with my legs flat in front of me. I can reach just passed my knees in this position. From my hips all the way to my ankles are incredibly tight and instantly relieved when I do these video exercises. I get restless legs ALL the time. Stretches seem to help a lot.

I'm fused from T-11 to L2. These flows have helped a great deal in rehabbing my lower back.
