@dslrvideoshooter I know this video is about a year old at this point, but I wanted to ask about the ability to send multiple camera signals (each with their own DJI transmitter) to a single high-bright monitor/receiver. DJI has told me this is possible for up to 16 cameras which you can then switch between on the single monitor. Additionally I'd be curious if you could control multiple Sony cameras from a single monitor once you've switched from one to another... Would make it a true multicam powerhouse.
Agree, SDI and broadcast mode should be used for low latency - believe broadcast mode likely prioritizes low latency over long range so that it can accurately be used in live sports/etc situations. DJI has a lot of experience with very low latency in their digital FPV drone transmission units... but you have to make sure you're in there low latency transmission mode.
this is great for a gimbal! I would love to pair it to my car rig, but this costs more than the Tilta hydra rig! Guess i’ll look for a really long HDMI cable…
How to connect and control the DJI Ronin 2 with that? Do I need a special cable and the DJI Ronin 4D Hand Grips for controling? You can control everything of a Sony in the menue with that - it's great, but can I simply take a photo or start the rec - there is no button on the touch screen for that in your video. (I'm asking for a Sony A7RIV, A7RV and A1)
Probably a dumb question, but I'm in the market to buy some wireless transmitter / receiver combo for my A7S3. Can my camera still record in all of it's modes (4k 120fps for example) onto the memory cards while using a 1080p monitor? Or do you have to match the camera resolution / framerate to the monitor you're using?

Exactly, who cares if it can go 3 miles if it has latency? Latency was my first question. And on the product highlights on B&H they don't even mention the latency. That's not a good sign at all!
@@andrewnfalco Well, yeah. Hence my complaint about the lack of the feature. The system looks really really good but I think a serious con you did not mention (unless I totally missed it) is unless the TX can also act as an RX (I really can't find info if it can) that's a huge con as until DJI makes an individual RX you are completely locked into the DJI ecosystem with only currently one monitor as a solution which is not good enough. Also on top there doesn't appear to be a low-powered mode so it eats up 11Wh which means it's going to eat away at batteries for a transmission strength you don't always need, also a shame there's no HDMI Out/passthrough as well and the fans are noisy (which after experience is a big deal) Very interesting high-end affordable wireless system, I think most ACs will still much prefer 0-1ms delay Teradeks over this.
