Am facing the same issues, since for 1 year.
But unknowingly I am still taking treatment at Gastro.
How to approach you. I am in erode.
Sir , there are psychiatrists available at erode. It's always better to consult at your own native place.
It starts of as of you are super exhausted and the legs feel so so so weak that you immediately want to lay down and some kinda sense of fear creep over and fight or fleet mode kicks in and you feel this warm and chill from the back of the neck or head. Then left temple would feel tight and kinda numb like and some sensation spreads out to head and shoulder and arms and all over yes..immediatly the lips turn super dry. If you drink water you wont be able to swallow, then...calmy feeling...feet turns sweaty ...and numb and tingling sensation around forhead and hands and face and feet. The next level is feeling breath less and the extreme stage...squeeze feeling in chest...you do not allow this just relax and calm ur swlf...everything would ease of...

@@kishan3909 No it has no side effects but don't do regularly... You may try just once to found your brain create abnormal electrical signals and send it to your body parts through vegus nurves... If EEG detect any abnormal record Dont worry just consider your neurologist for better understanding about your problems...

There is no pain and you notice nothing in this test... Google said EEG has no side effects but before that consult your neurologist and make EEG is better...

@@kishan3909 No my neurologist suggest an EEG because I am getting epilepsy (Unconscious) while panic attack... EEG record shows abnormal because of intermittent fast electrical discharge found... Due to that getting sudden stomech upset and heart beat raising and unstable type of problems in evening... But doctor fist give me a tablet for epilepsy... And after give anti dipression tablet for one month to calm the nerve signals... It works but after one month the same problems starts... And now doctor suggest panic attact tablet for 3 months it solve all my problems and it acts like a sleeping pill... 2 months completed now I am alright I don't know what happen after I stop the tablet... That's it...
