Myself and my other half have just booked 7 nights staycation cruise on P and O - Iona! Had our Florida trip moved originally from June 2020, we’re now hoping for May 2022. Can’t wait to see your cruise vlogs!

We tried leaving the curtains closed but it seemed to keep the heat in even more 😕

Sorry the lodge guys to ask this question but Where did you book the cruise from which website for offers as hoping Florida will reopen in 2022 if so Canada for me in 2022 or 2023 as hoping international travel will resume shortly as love to do an cruise next year

We can't unfortunately as you can only get off the ship on excursions in bubbles. Due to covid. You can't get off and explore on your own 😭
I’ve noticed something from watching your videos . Is it common to not have Air conditioners in homes or apartments? Do they have central air in the UK? I also noticed that you don’t have a clothes dryer. Is that common as well? Sorry a silly American is curious
Most homes in the UK dont have aircon as we wouldnt use it that often

Sorry guys but by opening all the doors and windows you just let more heat in, we just did a cruise and was brilliant as always , but just so you know you will only be allowed off the ship at any port of call on an official excursion which are always expensive for what they are, who you going with?
It's just been announced that you can get off the ship on your own now preferred it when it was ship excursions only to be honest. Felt safer

Hi Gemma. Yes it has worked. It takes 3 to 4 months for any growth to start and up to 12 - 18 months for full growth

Well you boys are lucky you don't live in Las Vegas this past summer we had up to 120 degrees 🥵 and trust me it's not pretty LOL
Yikes. We went to vegas once and the heat was unbearable outside
One good thing about living in the US is that we do have air-conditioning in most homes so we don’t have to swelter when it gets so hot. Of course, I know heat waves like that are not the norm in the UK, and that most of the time you are fine without air-conditioning, but it is nice to have it when you need it!
We would only use in about a month each year. Would be nice to have for that month though
I wouldn’t worry about the clips hurting I had them when I had my eldest by c section and they were better than stitches that I’d had previously with my other child be brave it won’t take long and then you won’t have that pulling sensation anymore and will be out and about without it hurting
I've had them out now. It didn't hurt 👍😁

@@TheLodgeGuys we are home now 😭 but last Tuesday we were at our friends wedding in paphos Harbour and it was a heatwave for 3 days 🥵🥵🥵 reached 40 and 80% humidity........ BAKING
Oh I’m sorry boys, but I loved the heatwave. I hate the cold and wet, so the hotter the better. It’s now thunder showers and I hate them. I’m hoping we get another heatwave soon. 😀

Its not really worth it in the UK, we would rarely use it but it would be nice for the few days it is needed
