Something to keep in mind are the shipping costs too. Play around with the cart, by adding and removing items you are considering to see what that does for shipping costs. If you want about half or more of this wave, it might make sense to go all in. I wanted the big, ogre boys and the brutes and about 5 figures in total, but because of the shipping costs and everything, it wasn't much more money to just go all-in. So now I'm getting all the figures I want, plus now a "free" weapons pack and hands pack and I'll come in cheaper than if I just individually selected the figures I wanted.
Also, something to consider is the fact that they ship All Ins first, so for people who like to get them early, that’s another option I should have mentioned.
Getting this wave and it will be my first time buying Mythic Legions. Amazing sculpts and cloth goods for only roughly $37-$60 each!?! Unbelievable value for what you get. I could see Mezco selling these easily for $100-$150 each with just a few extra accessories.
Just now getting into mythic legions. Backed the all in game kickstarter for those figs. Got Krampus, a troll, and preordered the Flock and Brood on BBTS and your prices are pretty spot on with them. Decided to just preorder from SourceHorsemen from now on, even though their shipping is more expensive, its still cheaper than going through bbts or empire with their markups.
Great overview video!! I saw these figures live at the show which makes deciding all the harder cause they are all so cool. Thanks for the video... you also have me as a new subscriber 😀 😀
I got into an X-Ray program this year and since then my budget has been very limited, I'd love to go all in but I think I'm only gonna grab Aracagor, depending on how I'm feeling at the last minute of this preorder I might push it and grab the Djinn too.... Everything else I'll have to catch up on in later years! Hopefully some of this stuff makes it into some All Stars waves later on 😁
As of right now I can PO the djinn, poxus and horse from nerdzoic. My question for you sir is. How confident are you in an in-stock sale at Store Horseman
Not very confident, they have been doing fewer and fewer in stock sales lately because their schedule is so tightly packed with releases, pre-orders, and conventions.
Nice over view of the wave. It looks interesting but the wave looks a little over the top for my liking (aside from the blue hooded magician). Theres alot coming out and i had to pass on this wave.
I think big bad will be even higher. I believe in cosmic there were some figures on preorder for $22 and big bad has it for $44 that’s double. And they had an $80 preorder that is now $120! Big bad is increasing a little too much, along with other retailers.
I disagree. Retail Legion Builder prices have always been proportionally higher. Even years ago they were $40 for a $22 legion builder and $50 for a $35 standard figure. With Cosmic, the preorder price for Legion Builders went from $22 up to $25 and the retail price went from $40 to $45. Also with Cosmic Legions the standard figure preorder price went from $35 to $37 yet the retailer price stayed at $50. As for Slogg (the $80 figure you mentioned), there is no comparable in this wave, but if this wave did have an $80 figure, yes I would have expected it to be $120 on the retail sites. (By the way, Four Horsemen sets the retail pre-order prices, not BBTS.)
@@DorkLair Changing the prices from $35 to $50 isn’t bad. Changing from $22 to $44 is a little much. As for four horsemen giving the prices to retailers is probably true, it doesn’t stop retailers from upping the prices even more. Which is my point. I watch arethyr go from $59 to $79 from bbts. The same thing with magnus and ballius as soon as they saw how popular they were. Even Conan price doubled. Price gouging shouldn’t happen. Especially from retailers. I still do a lot of business with bbts and prefer to preorder directly from the source, but I can’t pay double or triple from retailers.

YES! Very good point I should have mentioned, it’s definitely worth talking the time to mess with the cart for optimum savings.

Good wave to jump in on. You’re going to get addicted

I just put in my order. Didn’t go all in, I might grab some others down the road
Loving these mythic legions be fierce display them with lotr fugue make a magical section
I keep changing my mind about what I want to order. I guess it's time to lock in my pre-order. This is a very strong wave of figures IMO.

Thanks for checking it out Vince, and welcome to the DorkLair!

Excellent and informative video, man!
Your the best.
Definitely thinking about getting some extra Samir figs for the robes, I want to dye them & use them on different characters.
All the figures in this wave look phenomenal. I may got for one or two.

The brute body might be the same as the centaur from illithya wave.
It definitely is. They confirmed that at G-Con. They designed a brand new figure around the Centaur’s torso.
I went all in once and gonna get a few zende and one or two poxxus. Having a hard time not grabbing an extra Tharnogg
Go ahead and get extras 😆 we always regret not getting extras
Im passing on this one, but if i change my mind i will pre-order some figures from Legions Shop
Anybody know good places to commission custom Mythic Legions pieces? I want to get a custom Capybara headscult to make a cool old wizard characterrrr

Cool looking figure new subscriber
Much appreciated! Welcome aboard!
Scale?
Yes
@@DorkLair I was asking what scale are they, but your answer is priceless 😆
@@I_am_Fred-788 Lol
They are 1/10 little bigger that Marvel legends
Not feeling this wave or the space wave. Just seems like boring figures.
