    How do you source leads besides our warm market, for new agents?

    I would rather work from home. I don't want a traditional setting. I work well by myself. I'm in Michigan and I'm taking my state test soon.

    Thanks for the video! Is there any type of on the job mentorship with REAL for brand new agents? Online trainings are great - but it's not the same as having a mentor that you can shadow and learn the ropes from.

      To be honest, no, we don't have an official mentorship program. There are teams in REAL and if you found a team you liked you could join it and get some mentorship from them.

    Can you host open houses for other Real agents as a way for a new agent to get new leads?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  Місяць тому

      Yeah, absolutely! And we have groups for each state to make it easier to connect with other local agents about open houses.

      @@next-genagents7731 Thanks! I tried looking up REAL agents in San Mateo or Santa Clara county association of Realtors' websites but almost none? Same on REAL's website. What do you know about REAL's presence in bay area CA? Should that be a factor to consider when joining as a new agent?

    How can I find out how many local agents REAL has in my area? I am not finding it by googling.. I have an in-person meeting with a local eXp agent tomorrow. I've filled out the eXp application, I've received the DOL invite to accept. But after watching your video today, I want to know more about REAL before eXecuting with eXp. :) I was throwed off by eXp stating the 80/20 split then at the end of the app.. ta Duh!? You have to be a part of the "mentor program" which bumps the split to 60/40. I am still unsure how long I'll have to do the program for too is it the first 3 transactions only or after 2 years!? lol Hopefully I'll have more answers tomorrow.

      Sorry for the late response, I was out of country for 2 weeks. If you would like to hop on a video call, I'd be happy to talk to you more about REAL and answer all your questions. Link in the description of all of my videos.

    I just passed my exams and have all the other steps done to become licensed, all I need is a sponsoring broker and e&o now to become licensed. Does REAL take newbies like me with no existing license yet until they sponsor me??

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  6 місяців тому

      yeah, of course and we provide E&O. I have a link in my description for you to set up a video call with me or my partner to walk you though the join processes and find you a local co-sponsor in your market.

    As a new agent, how can i go about the paperwork acxountability .and etc with real from learning point of view.

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  Рік тому +1

      So as a new agent, what I would like to do is connect you with a new agent in your local market who can co-sponsor you and they can help you with your paperwork. All your transactions will also be submitted and reviewed by your broker to make sure you did not leave anything out.

    Hi Malcolm. I remember you said Real offers Mentorship program now. I was just wondering what’s the split? The other company charge 60/40 the first 3 transactions. I was thinking about going with them but 60/40 is rough.

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  4 місяці тому

      60/40 is rough. The great thing about our model is the mentor get's to choose what % to charge and you get to pick which mentor you want to work with. So some charge 80/10 while others charge 60/40.

    My wife has been with Keller Williams for over a year, ever since she got her license, and she has been working her ass off, doing everything she's asked to... And has had zero transactions of get own so far. It's baffling... Should she consider switching to Real?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  8 місяців тому

      Yeah, REAL has some of the best training in the industry, that may just be what she need! We also have an incredibly strong community she can get tapped into! Let's schedule a call and I can show you what our training looks like.

      Preston I would say that the reason your wife hasn’t made any deals isn’t because of the brokerage. The brokerage is just where you hang your license. Sure they provide some training but the rest is up to the agent. Only she has the power to find and secure more deals. No broker will do that for her.
