Very educational. I love this podcast ☺️
Why is Tom's mic messed up on alot of these? I don't want to do same thing on mine. Would love a video on how to set these up and links to mics used
In regard to teams and agents, How important is the office location? Retail store front still important? How much thought do you put into the office decor?
Amazing show 🎉
Great content! Question: Any links to preferred DISC tests? 6:54

@@ticalinda1969 Thank you!!!
I like a higher I for an agent and CS or SC for most admin
This Podcast helped. I am opening my office soon and have 3 agents and want to expand.

I really loved this podcast. I do have a question. Are all of the team members licensed? And, if there are admins or such that are not licensed, how are they compensated? Hourly? Salary? W2? 1099?
All team agent members are licensed of course. ISAs are about 50/50 and many of them have become agents on team. Admin are salary/hourly based on position. I run them thru Paychex. They actually now have insurance benefits and 401K
Tom,
We are familiar with the team model, but unsure of how exactly to set it up, with who does what and how agents are compensated for their role. Does the team split the NCI amongst the team members. I'd like some structure in this... Thanks Tom. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Bruce
Bruce, NCI (non commission income?) clarify?
Tom - NCI (Net Commission Income)
My agents are all 50/50 split. Admin are paid from company split.
Where are you finding the agents to hire?
I use Wizehire and word of mouth
Tom in the interrogation room. "How many calls did you make......."
Thats it!
“Mandatory” meetings??? Ewe! Mandating the actions of an IC could potentially put you into a sticky scenario. Federal law can view this as an “employee” position.
Broker/Not an attorney
I don't like these big mics, Tom!
It bothered me so much I would of canceled the interview until it got fixed.
