So I tried a morning routine and prospecting power hour for the FIRST TIME today and I think it really sprinkles some magic on this work or something because I suddenly have 2 new listing appointments and 2 new buyers I didn’t wake up with…. Stefanie, you’re my new role model fr 😂❤️
good stuff. By far the biggest issue I've had with my new real estate sales career is time management. I went from 10 years of being told what to do with my time in my previous career as an RN, to having perfect freedom with my time and no direction. This helps big time!
I love the idea of reviewing your pipeline prior to prospecting! I keep a white board on my desk broken up into 3 sections: 30, 60, and 90 days out this way my pipeline is always right in front of me.

I am planning to start taking the course this September but I was still on the fence and this really helped me decide that this is what I wanna do. Thank you. I plan to continue working full time with my current job. The good thing about this job is that I’m usually done by 1pm, even earlier, so I was planning to work part time on real estate.
