Hello Mr Patrick. How are you? I saw a video where you talk about four topics and to read books about them. Sales, Negotiation, Human Nature and Money, right? Could you point me to some of them for each topic? I'm having some trouble choosing. Please indicate some for each topic. Thank you so much
Patrick: Once I saw a clip where you were talking about a book one should read if one doesn't know what to do with his life. But I haven't found the clip again. Could you help me?
This was perfect. I'm just now graduating from being a accidental reader. And there is nothing worse then starting to read a book that isn't as good/helpful as you thought it was going to be lol
Hey Patrick, I have been watching you since a month. I have watched every single video on your channel. I must say, this is THE BEST CHANNEL FOR START UP ENTREPRENEURS. All the "How to" things I learned from you have genuinely helped me grow as an Entrepreneur. The Energy management and getting the EDGE tips are marvelous. You always say SALES is the most important factor. So please do a video on Top 10 sales book review. YOU ROCK!! MAN!!!
Choosing books per subject is very powerful. Choosing books that try to address the issues you're facing or areas that you want to improve is very important. it keeps you focused.
Thank you for this video...I was done with common recommend books like rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich, etc.I really needed a way to find my next book...And you have shown me exactly how to do it.. Thanks a lot..
Indeed. I advise a lot of people about this: pick a topic, the one your career is about or that you want to make a career in, and devour everything about that. Stop watching TV(i don't have a TV since 10 years and I won't get one anytime soon), and stop reading novelty, and watch less motivational videos. Get technical and strategical. - One of the, and probably the only reason, why I follow this space and why your videos are so great: they are full of valuable business information, not just sweet motivational lies that everyone else is putting out there :)
Thanks a lot for this video, Patrick. This will be my guiding criteria for picking what books to read from here on. I think I speak for the majority of your audience when I feel that top 10 sales books will be an extremely helpful and informative idea for a video. Thanks again for the ton of value you are offering for free.
Valuetainment is a ultimate channel i recently find in yt .. helped me a lot ! THANKS MAN..[ENTREPRENEUR] 1.The life of an entrepreneur in 90 pages 2. Rich dad poor dad 3. Think and grow rich Thanks im gratitude on you for guide ing me and choosing good books to read ..THNUMBS UP MAN ! I gonna hunt on these books ..
Thanks for Sharing Patrick Bet David you Suggestions I have Bought Books Recommended by You it's time to finish and most importantly apply by taking Action
You can choose good books by following your favorite authors, if there's raving reviews, when it's written on a subject you're interested in/need to improve in, when someone credible recommends a book to you. You can utilize entertainment books to inspire your imagination
Stay blessed mate. You, Robert Kiyosaki, James Altucher, and Tony Robins are my virtual mentors. I'll read the two books and get back. Working on doing the 10 things you should do before becoming an entrepreneur, and building better work ethic.
OH MY GOSH... After leaving my previous cmt i found the u the man who is the author of LIFE OF AN ENTREPRENEUR IN 90 PAGES... And i searched the author of the book and i got an face who is im familiar with right thats u...now i understand that no doubt this is an amazing channel and i. Hit this channel in my right time tho'.. You re simply great man
Short, sweet to the point. That's the same model I follow, although sometimes I read books that might be written well, but are controversial, just so I can get as many perspectives about the topic I'm researching.
Just finished Dale Carnegie. Then i found out they have a workshop event in my city as well. Lucky i read the book. Now focusing on Smart Calling to improve my calling confidence and am also trying to get through crucial conversations. Adter that i intend on reading real estate investing books. Need to have 20 of them under my belt. So far i have only 2 lol
Its funny because I was just thinking about this exact topic earlier. I came up with the idea of having different mini notebooks for specific subjects that are important, that I can review and update over time. By the way , your content is top tier Patrick!!! I love your videos and everything you are doing. Would love to hang out someday! Perhaps race cars? 😉
Thank you for tips. Im reaching the line of 30 books this year, and those tips makes true sense for some fields and aspects of reading habit . Thank you Valuetainment Team.

hey Pat, first of all valuable contents i love it all the time!! just wanna have a suggestion if you could make a video on Night Ritual of An Entrepreneur✅
I actually lend someone a book to read that I haven't read. It was a detective and although I like to watch Law and Order, I'm not a fan of reading about the subject. But she liked it. Perhaps I might read it. Hi hi.
He made this video over 7 years ago. He’s now one of the bigger UA-cam channels and worth hundreds of millions. Goes to show you the results of true hustling.

read them all! think about it what if you read them all would you ask what sales book should i read. he gave you a formula. start digging for gold bro.
Certainly, reading entertainment books is not a loss of time. Books came from someone's pure imagination. Authors create it based on their experience of life and point of view, we can actually get a lot from them. Nice video!!!
Depends on what the book is dealing with that can be translated into something meaningful. When you read lord of thr rings, there are things which you can take from that world and translate it into your life. Books like twilight don't deal with serious things and thus are a waste of time.
How to Choose the Right Books to Read Key Takeaways: 1.Author 2.Reviews 3.Subject 4.Credibility of recommender Read entertainment, inspiration, how-to and knowledge books.
I learned something from this video. I read fiction, to increase my vocabulary and imagination and non-fiction for inspiration and motivation. :) Reading perhaps doesn't waste vacant or free time. :D

Awesome video Pat!! I'm 19 years old and becoming a Real estate broker very soon and I made it my goal to become the best and earn 1 million dollars a year by the age of 25. I learned that I must become a master salesman so I finished a couple of books on selling from Tom Hopkins, Bryan Tracy and even Grant Cardone! Do you have any other books you can recommend to me that will help me in my sales career? Maby other books not specifically on the subject of selling but on peoples Emotions? Anything you give me I will purchase! Please let me know, take care!
Hey @luxmindset I would recommend "Boundaries for Leaders" by Dr. Henry Cloud, and "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss. For building relationships in the presence of heavy emotions and high stress situations, read "Never Split the Difference" immediately.
Hey Pat, i'm following your list of 100 books to read, some of them are hard to find here in Brazil including yours but i'll figured out! Fast question: When you was gaining knowledge in the early days of your carrer did you had a reading schedule? How many hours per day reading?
I use a similar approach but not in the same order. I use subject, author - not everyone is qualified to speak on certain topics, then reviews preferably from people with similar interests as me. The chance that I'll like the book is higher. I like to discriminate when it comes to author. Everyone can write a book, but if I'm going to read a book on economics, I prefer to read one written by an experienced professor. For some books I prefer PhD authors for some consultants, etc. My area of books is more in the how to section. Weird enough it's my idea of entertainment. My idea of entertainment is learning things. It's too one sided so I'm trying to read novels. It's not really working out since I just borrowed two investment books from the library. They are written like novels, so that's gonna have to do.
From where did you learn this anchor speech, style and personality. I want to learn it. Really impressive personality u have. If possible try to make a video and u will surely get max. Views compare to your other vids.
Hello sir, I have started my business after watching ur videos on youtube. I am a very passionate reader i read lots of book and i have read 80 books that u recommend on ur website. I need to ask u about the books which will help me to make go strategics as an entrepreneur
Great advice. Think about this though, if a millionaire who has bad habits recommends books to someone that doesn't lead them down the path of longevity may not always be good. Reading Ray kurzweil books might just be 1000 times better than reading something like think and grow rich cause future success requires things that past success advice can't give. Sometimes a vision board just wont cut it when we have to learn how to be successful in a future where we are going to bond with or have a relationship with technology. Some of those future incidences will supersede some past success advice. That is why it's a mistake if people don't incorporate past, present, and future thinking in success. How are you going to stay competitive if you don't want to put a chip in your head but your competitor does and is 3 times as smart and out businesses you.
Readers should verify the reviews in Amazon and Audible. Look for date of each review, how many times the reviewer has reviewed a book. Many time you will identify fake review by noting multiple reviews on the same date, from reviewers that only review the book you are looking for, or the reviewers have reviewed the same books.
Doesn’t happen often, but that unexpected glance and it’s so hard to shut and place that book back on the shelf. Especially when it’s so interesting and you want to talk about it 🥹The silent useless perils of being a reader.
Hey Pat have you read about one of the masters in marketing from 21 century... seth Godin... maybe too much marketing for your financial industry? if you want to expand your business to spain i can be your consultant researcher for free ,you can always be better ...studying finance. Thanks for the free content, keep it real man!

Pat can you do me favor, it will help me a lot, can you please recommended in you perspective what are the 2 best books ever on sales that every good salesman must read know by heart and pratice? by the way 11 April till 1 May I will start reading your top 10 books, will do mostly audio, but you book of doing the impossible I will be the first one to read and will be in paper.
Sir, how to know that which book is for business purpose and which is for research, analysis and to get complete depth knowledge of a perticulat topic or science branch ?
Hey Mr Bet-David! I'm 19 and I'm starting to read books about entrepreneurship because I want to do great things in my life and I just recently finished reading your book, The Next Perfect Storm, WHICH WAS A VERY INSPIRING EYE OPENER in my opinion. You've really gotten me interested in the Financial Industry which I'm now HEAVILY LEANING TOWARDS now that I read your book. Your video's are changing lives everywhere around the world, A BIG thank you from an aspiring entrepreneur from Africa IN Africa. Have a great week, sir.
Hey Patrick, As someone with a short attention span, I'd have a lot of problem with reading books. And as someone who has a poor memory, it's easy for me to forget majority parts of a book. Is there anything I could do to curb this problem?
do you just read books where the authors all have a relatively same success beliefs? having asked that, are there authors that have different success beliefs?
I've been seeing reviews in goodreads and they rate books in a scale from 1 to 5, however I don't know for instance if only books over 4.0 are worth it or maybe only 4.5 books are good, does anybody has any experience with this????

The books you mentioned are done. Thank you for your time.

Certainly, reading entertainment books is not a loss of time. Books came from someone's pure imagination. Authors create
it based on their experience of life and point of view, we can actually get a lot from them. Nice video!!!
Depends on what the book is dealing with that can be translated into something meaningful. When you read lord of thr rings, there are things which you can take from that world and translate it into your life. Books like twilight don't deal with serious things and thus are a waste of time.
thank you for the advice 👌👍

Hey @luxmindset I would recommend "Boundaries for Leaders" by Dr. Henry Cloud, and "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss. For building relationships in the presence of heavy emotions and high stress situations, read "Never Split the Difference" immediately.
I'm going to check those books out. I love Henry Clouds books on boundaries. I didn't know he had one on leadership boundaries. Thanks.
Wow. I've read almost all of Robert Greens books. The closers survival guide.
I have been following you for awhile and any book you mentioned in your videos or un your book club, I have read it or it's on my list to read. Thanks

Hey pat I have a doubt that if I read books of the same author then wouldn't I'll be getting the same knowledge or experience again and again??
Hey guys, can you recommend me some books about stocks. I’m trying to learn about investments and all
Hey Pat, i'm following your list of 100 books to read, some of them are hard to find here in Brazil including yours but i'll figured out!
