I was thinking about another VM20i with Tsudakoma TWA-160 rotary table or, HURCO VM10Ui like yours. I would greatly appreciate your input regarding the choice: VM10Ui vs another VM20i with rotary table? Thank You in advance!
2:45 .......not a good finish :/ u should try roughing about half an inch in Z...then finish it, and so on....to keep the rigidity of the stock nice work anyway! big ups !
If you watch another 15 seconds you will see me explain the poor finish. The dovetail actually is what failed. We did fix by taking lighter cuts like you recommended, but the best fix was a bigger dovetail vise

I think I would go VM10ui, but it really depends on your parts
What’s the biggest stock size I can use on these small dovetail? I have a 7.5” x 6”x 2 “ Aluminum. Can I use the D22 or D115?
