Bro ...you need to do regressions of hspu ,because your hspu doesn t look great ,your elbows are not at a 90 degree when you get down and i don t know how but i progressed faster than you ,from 10 normal push ups to 4 hspu(with good form) in one year 🤷♂️
@@streetworkoutengineer9705 ye man.. and main reason for paralel bars is to increse ROM... u use paralel bars and dont go even floor ROM... ur not lacking balance... ur weakness is overhead pushing strenght... if you mix military press in ur training it will help u tons... do it in front of mirror... so can have fixed range of motion and u can program it good because weights are easier to program then bw moviments... when u get 90% of ur BW for 3-5 reps on military... ur HSPU will be super clean ( within couple weeks of neurological training )

i would not pump reps with shit ROM... unlock first 1 rep full range of motion... nose touch the floor... thos half repping hurt my eyes honestly
