The Most Realistic Planche Progression Calisthenics (4 Months)

  • This is an honest progression video. You will see bit by bit of progression instead of sudden jump from tuck to straddle planche.
    I started Calisthenics in 2017. Planche is one of my main goals and one of my motivation in Calisthenics.
    I achieved satisfying progress in muscle ups, front lever and handstand but not Planche. After 2-3 years I am still stucked at tucked planche. I am disappointed and highly in doubt with my training technique and strategy.
    Hence, I decided to push myself to record a 3 month progression to focus on Planche training with up to 3-4 days trainings per week.
    My goal is to achieve advanced tucked planche in these 3 months. In the end, I extended it to 4 months as I couldnt focus on training entirely due to my career.
