Переглядів 5 тис.4 роки тому
It has been 1 year since I uploaded my first planche progression video. I am surprised with the decent amount of views with a not so impressive progress. There are a lot of constructive comments on how to improve my planche training and I am really grateful for it! I have since implemented changes to my training program and eliminated those that are not beneficial. I would like to take this spe...
1 Year Handstand Push Up Progression Calisthenics
Переглядів 7 тис.4 роки тому
Handstand is one of the basic element in Calisthenics and it really takes time and effort to master, at least for me as it involves tons of mind muscle connection and mental body awareness, even more in doing HSPU. There is no shortcut but proper consistent training. Here is my full journey from being able to hold free handstand to achieving few reps of HSPU. Check out my handstand progression ...
Front Lever Workout at home - Calisthenics Bodyweight Skills
Переглядів 9494 роки тому
Here's how I trained for front lever. Basically the idea is doing the hardest exercise down to the easiest as the strength and energy decreases. It really depends on the progression level of the individual where you may take my routine as a reference for starting point. It has been awhile since the last time I was able to hold full front lever in proper form due to irregular training last year....

Planche Workout Routine at Home Vlog
Переглядів 2,1 тис.4 роки тому
Sometimes, I find it dull and tasteless training planche as the exercises are very static, repetitive and long rest time between sets, not forget to mention that the progress takes a lot of time and hardwork! Hence, here comes another video log to motivate myself to continue this journey on a normal day and to monitor my progress and form. And, who knows it might help one out there as well who ...

What I've learned in this video is that it's okay to have bad forms because if you're perfectionist you will get stuck because you dont have the strength to hold the perfect form. So first is its okay to have bad form that you can improve it to perfect form later. I came to realize also that before I got the perfect form push ups I also suffer from having a bad form of it for weeks and then I came to do the perfect form right now as if it was nothing. Thank you for sharing this bro❤

Who is stupid enough to start training planche for real without proper conditioning? couldn't be me with a wrist injury amiright? But jokes aside you should start training planche only after at least 6 months of intensive basic training if you're new to it, push-ups/pull-ups etc.

    • @streetworkoutengineer9705
      @streetworkoutengineer9705 Рік тому

Hi~ yes there will feel pain initially. The best tips for me is whenever you feel pain. Stop or reduce the intensity of your exercise and let it recover naturally by having enough rest. Only through rest your body can recover and become stronger 💪🏼

Doing the planche from tuck planche is definitely easier until you start spreading your legs. It makes me wonder if we have to train our legs or am I wrong?

Kinda late but it's more glutes and hips that have to be trained for something like the straddle, but flexibility all around is an absolute necessity

Thank you for sharing this buddy. I'm 49 years old and just starting to get into this kind of training. I have a good foundation as I have 30 years weight training/body building / powerlifting. And 15 years of yoga. So I foresee myself being able to achieve the planche, the front lever and the handstand relatively pretty fast. It's only been a week and I'm already progressing very well and I have to say my core is stronger than it's ever been. I've always had strong rectus abdominis and I've always had a very well defined visible six pack but my transverse a Dominus was my weak point which is now becoming my strong point. And I love this because even at rest my abdominal region is tight

Love this, I've been stuck on tuck planche for years, so I started focusing on planche training and filming my progress every session. This video just shows the amount of patience and consistency that is required, thank you!

Very realistic..... I've faced the same problem like you so frustrating man i really feel you...... The key i learned is to do more planche leans.... Till your hands reach the waistline... One you can reach that try to hold that lean position for as long as possible.... In the beginning I'll be really hard to hold there but in a week you'll become super strong..... Remember to alwys protract scapula!!

this is the most realistic progression i have ever seen in youtube cause the most of the others are lying and they think that they are motivating us the planche isn't that easy to learn in 6 or 7 months you should now that even the easiest form of planche which is the tuck planche is not easy never give up we will unlock it one day be strong and do not be not strong
