I don't know why so many of them become nurses...like u telling me that haley that called me a terr0rist in middle school because I wore my hijab is saving lives now??!!😂😂
Actually as a former social worker, that video of her saying the bite of pastry is his ENTIRE lunch, is enough to remove the child for neglect. ... and the one of her saying she bites her baby
@@zoeb3573you could get a report filed based on that and the video can be submitted as evidence in court. Of course you also do interviews with family, neighbors, and doctors etc. to add to the case. But if the judge finds video to be convincing enough, they will sign a removal petition.
@@dasani.like.the.water. yes, but in a less populated area. It varies a lot from state to state, and even court to court. "i'm not changing his diaper if he pees" from a NURSE is so concerning like? are you gonna let the patients sit in their own urine too? are you gonna withhold food from them?? if you won't change your own kid's diaper and feed him adequately i'm NOT trusting you to care for strangers
She is a very twisted sick person. I would bet money she is abusive to her patients that have cognitive or communication issues . Would definitely not trust her to care for my relatives
I agree. I've experienced sub-par care personally, after I had a brain injury, in a hospital, and was mistreated by some of the personal care attendants, bc they didn't think I was able to complain or would be believed, bc I had amnesia and was confused at the time. It was a such a weird glimpse into what ppl who are vulnerable mentally might see in the hospital when they're considered 'not all there.' The idea that Hannah could be caring for ppl who aren't able to even speak out against her is horrible. If you don't have a passion for caring for those who can't care for themselves, don't go into nursing as a profession.
Making people sit in their own fluids is potentially one of the most evil and dehumanizing things a caregiver of any kind can do. I hope she loses her job and her kid gets sent to a place where they at least change his diaper. Her willingness to share this like she's not a horrible person makes her even worse.
fr and she was taking about being a care worker that just “wipe’s old people’s asses all day” is super concerning because if she can’t even change her own child’s diaper, how is she taking care of complete strangers?
As a mother to many children the diaper thing is considered neglect/abuse and I'll state why. Urine is acidic. When sits on the skin along with the chemicals of the diaper can and most likely will cause a rash, AKA diaper rash. Diaper rash is painful for babies and knowingly allows this to happen purposely causing harm is factually abuse.
And considering it doesn't seem like he eats a lot, I doubt he's pooping very frequently so he probably goes so so so long without a chang :( And I also doubt she is making sure all folds are clean and putting lotion or powder on the rash 😢
@amyfinn7824 if the baby keeps sitting in the pee and let be real she probably waits even if he does poop, then no creams will help if it keeps going on
Yk it's a different story if you're financially struggling and can't afford the diapers, or ointment. As a single mother, when I was able four or five and I had it, she spared underwear for me to wear (context reason so TMI, but she was a small-) and she got the ointment from a near store til it was gone and I went back to diapers til i was eight, cuz I was maturing very slowly where i still was too lazy to go to the toilet (which I why I got the rash. Not cuz mom wasn't changing me. I was just using on myself and never tell her til she finds out for herself and has to clean me up). I bet you guys this mother will keep him in diapers by the time he turned to a teenager with the excuse of, "boxers r too pricey" 😢
@Cadence__1700 yeah we can see they are not financially struggling by all the things and fast food they have. She just chooses not to spend money on the needed diapers 😓
Urinary tract infections, which can progress to bladder or kidney infections, are quite common in infants and children and it can be very difficult to identify in a baby until it's serious. (It's particularly difficult in infants under 2 months, they often do not even have a fever and any symptoms they do have can just present as normal, fussy baby behavior.) You may not even know until damage is already done to the kidneys, particularly if you are a neglectful parent... 😢
Your gut feeling is spot on. That guy's got called out by his cousin(s) for alleged SA of them when they were kids...... classic projection. I'm pretty sure that's why he took it down.
@athena5172 I don't have the tik toys from his cousin. But I was watching a video on this by Repzilla and he had the clips in his video. Of course there is always the question of internet vs reality. But someone did come out against him and I don't have reason to believe it's fake.
"MY sandwich" "MY new car" "I'm validating myself for being a good mother" "He ruined MY morning" Everything about Hannah is me me me Honey im not even a mother and i know that when you have a toddler, NOTHING you have is truly yours They wanna participate in EVERYTHING
It's very selfish for sure. She wants to have the life she had without James, and is clearly aggravated when he tries to ply for her attention. I would not be surprised if these two sit behind their phone screens all the time and reprimand James for disrupting them.
I knew my babydaddy was the wrong one when I made the comment that “we don’t own anything anymore, it’s all our child’s” and he said “I still have my things, she can get her own stuff”
People like her shouldn’t be parents because they refuse to realise that being a parent means that everything becomes about their child and it stops being about them. Like, yes, you can focus on yourself every now and then, but your kid should be your priority 9 times out of 10. If you don’t want to care about your kid - and you have a choice on the matter - then don’t have a kid.
As a mom of 4, and a registered nurse, I can’t even begin to tell you how much the food stuff pisses me off. That poor baby is hungry watching them constantly eat, and then they had the audacity to flick his little fingers away when he tried to take a damn French fry. I don’t care if my kids woke up during the middle of the night saying they were hungry; if we can get up for a midnight snack then so can they!!!!!!
It genuinely makes me want to cry. I don’t even have my own kids, but I constantly watch my friends kids and when I tell you I’ve gone without eating bc my dinner looked better than their lunchable, I mean it. (They ate both the lunchable and my dinner) but I’d rather have a full and happy kid than an even SLIGHTLY hungry kid. Parents have only ever been worried bc I “spent too much money” on their food, which is never EVER my concern.
Exactly my son is 14 and woke me up at 1am last night asking if I could make him pizza bagels. (Yes he is old enough to make them himself but I'd prefer him not to operate the stove or oven if nobody is home with him or awake) But anyway I got up and made him pizza bagels. I know what it's like to try n sleep when your belly is growling at you. If my son is hungry he eats. I couldn't imagine ever denying him food especially if I'm sitting there eating something n he was sitting there with nothing in front of him. That's just neglectful parenting
Absolutely agree. The only time I've yanked my own is to save them from dangerous situations when picking them up isn't gonna be enough time, and I've only done it twice. Once when a car cam speeding through the parking lot and I had JUST gotten her out of the car (almost hit both of us) and the second time when a strange man tried to grab her. I yanked her away, picked her up, and started running. Both times I felt horrible and cried and apologised to her even though she had no idea why.
its so weird she talks about “saving” money alot in regards to not buying her son food, or not buying him a coat and nappies. but she’ll happily show her soda machine thats 1k+ and how much food her and husband eat
They treat that baby like a pet. Like I do that with my cat. Pick up a bite of food and give it to him when Im eating. Except my cat actually gets proper meals.
For those with no idea of how much toddlers eat, we bought 20 chicken nuggets at McDonalds, ate 6 and gave the rest to my 2 year old, within the half hour car journey he ate all 14 and wanted more.
Exactly, my three year old eats 3 meals everyday and snacks in between. He drinks at least 4/5 toddler cups of water/juice everyday as well. I physically get distressed if he’s going through a barely eating, mostly playing phase (it’s normal for toddlers) because I know how hunger feels for me so for a tiny human I know it probably feels 10x worse. Her and her husband are just pieces of crap, plain and simple.
My nieces are both under 3 and they’re BOTTOMLESS PITS. My youngest siblings are in elementary school and they eat just ever so slightly more and my oldest niece alone can eat a full 20 piece by herself over 2-3 hours in between playing and coming back for more then not too much later will want grapes, an apple and a gogurt all before dinner. 😂
When children are growing swiftly they can eat like a grown adult and then other times when not having a spurt they will barely give food the time of day. When my daughter was two, she ate a massive plate of spaghetti bolognaise which her aunt thought she would share, my sister maybe got one bite.
Yes! When kids are growing they can need more caloric intake than adults! They have small stomachs but use a lot of energy, so that's part of why they may prefer consistent snacks more than set big meals.
Being a healthcare worker should NEVER be an excuse to hurt your kids. I’m a nurse and have seen some SHIT, but it will never cause me to treat my kids like this…
when i was a kid i really liked running off and going into streets. guess what! my parents didn’t let me learn the hard way by letting me get hit my a car they got me a backpack leash so i couldn’t run off anymore. sometimes kids do need to learn certain things that they can only learn through experience but you should try your absolute hardest as a parent to keep your KID SAFE!!
Your point about the child's fear of punishment for crying. A lot of Mormons use "How To Train Up a Child" as a parenting manual. It includes beating the child for crying, because it's seen as defiance. The Frankes used concepts from it, like blanket training.
I’m Mormon and I’ve literally never heard of that book. I’ve actually heard from church leaders that there is never a reason to hit a child. Also, I’m totally horrified by Hannah-she seems like a very immature mother and I feel sick for her babies.
@@vivi-4982 Out of curiosity, do you live in Utah? I'm just wondering because so many of these Mormon-influencer scandals are coming from Mormons in Utah, and I'm just wondering if maybe there's more extreme beliefs being spread around there or something
@@WaitinInAmber They are a bit more extreme down there but I've never heard of that book either and I've lived in and out of Utah for most of my life.
The food restriction she is comfortable showing is so disturbing it scares me for how her kids are treated in the home. Makes sense why people are referring to her as Ruby Franke.
i'm blown away by that one comment accusing you of not researching because you didn't know what food was inside the box the kid flinched away from?? what are we doing
Giving that baby a bite of pastry for lunch and nothing else after playing outside for 2 HOURS is so neglectful. I can’t believe it took until the flinching video for people to start talking about this
Also, being UPSET because your child wants some of your food is disgusting. Whenever I have food my nanny baby can eat and he asks for some I share, and usually end up letting him eat 1/2 or 3/4 of whatever it is. I love sharing food with him and helping him grow. These people are despicable and should not have ever had kids
@@abbey-rosemcgann2357 unless the baby has legit dietary restrictions, kids need all the food they can eat. THAT'S LIKE A THING. Also it's a good thing to teach the kid to share and feel safe. I have no clue how this woman became a nurse.
My parents would keep food from me and all it taught me was that I couldn't trust them to feed me and it developed into food hoarding and anxiety and an eating disorder. I worry that's what that little boy will learn too and as an adult it is so hard to unlearn! At the very least, if you dont want him eating what you eat then don't eat in front of him. This comes off so selfish and gluttoness.
Unsolicited advice: Emdr or brainspotting therapies are amazing for ptsd. It’s saved my life. My childhood had a lot of abuse then my first husband was horrible when I had my son I was terrified I was going to put my hands on him. Breaking the cycle for me included a good bit of therapy and emdr can fix the brain. Parenting after being abused by parents is so damn hard, I’m sorry you went through this.
I went through the same with my dad and stepmom, however I'm the exact opposite- when there's a full stock of food in the house I sometimes tend to over eat in some deep seated fear that I won't get any of it
Welp, literally like 3 min in and I'm crying. That clip of her not wanting to share the bun with the kid literally broke my heart. I babysit my nephew 3-4 times a week and it is the highlight of my life. Literally the toddler hand grab is the cutest thing I have ever seen. I have to literally stop myself from giving this kid snacks, I get groceries ordered just for him. How can you have a kid and not enjoy sharing literally all of your food with them? It's the most basic form of bonding. He walks up to me and takes my food and I give it happily.
RIGHT!!!! its so fun to share my food with kids im watching. whether that be babysitting family or friends, if they have a little one who wants some of my snack/food, best believe theyre gettin some🫶
@@nadini.weenie yes! fun! that is the absolute best way to describe it. It's fun to watch them try new things and to get progressively better at eating. Kid LOVES to dip
I do this with my cats! I’ve been through abuse and neglect as a kid and now I compulsively hoard food but even if I can’t eat, I always make sure my cats will be fed 😊
It’s freaks me out. I have a parrot and one of the best parts is sharing my food with him. I would have ripped off a little piece of bread like that for my bird. I wouldn’t have been annoyed doing it either. This is a child. He needs more than my bird 🥲
The whole not sharing your food with you kid is crazy to me. Yes, I myself have hid in the pantry and wolfed down a quick Twinkie a few times, but literally pigging out in front of him and being mad he wants a bite… then NOT giving him some. wtf is that sh*t!?
Exactly, you hid it from them so they don't miss out and of course they don't need a twinkie, but they'll want it. They're eating full meals with the child AT the table, I personally think they enjoy torturing the poor child. Watching this is breaking my heart
THIS! I love these chocolate snacks, but my sister can't have them because they make her sick. She LOVES them though, so of course I'm gonna hide away and eat one, then give her another snack she can have. Or if its late at night and I want a sweet treat, which children shouldn't have right before bed. I'll gladly hide and eat one quickly. But to do it right in front of the child? That's so sad.
I'm no mom, but as an elder sibling whose been in charge of the small kiddos from time to time. You always feed the little ones first. They're little and can't take care of themselves and that's your responsibility. Also just because you're human and have empathy. Like why would you want to harm innocent little kids. These people have something seriously wrong with them.
I know most of the focus is on how they treat James, but i also I hate the way she holds her baby, she doesn't support the baby's neck & head at all, and the way she sort of flings the baby on the sofa, i hate it so much. I also dont get the "im not changing my baby if he just pees" thats the weirdest take, diaper rash can become so bad the rash can bleed, wtf is wrong with her?! No vaccines too- shes a terrible nurse Eta: 43:55 not to mention, like im on 2 pills that are extended release, they let a little of the drug out at a time. So like, morphine and Ambien ER could kill you if you crushed it, good way to OD someone is crush up the wrong kind of pils ffs how does she not know this? Or does she just not give af?!
When I was five, being a single mother, mom was struggling with money but she still made sure I had vaccines for any illnesses, rashes she bought ointments to rub on my skin, and when I was was seven, I was so dehydrated because I refused to drink any water as a kid, and I was puking, and regardless she was struggling, she took me to the doctor's for an IV injection. She knew exactly what to do/use when I was sick, and she's not even a nurse, or in the medical career of any kind! She also claimed I was a screamer when I was James's age, but she made sure to sacrifice her time of day to baby me til I was satisfied. And when it cam to food, she made sure I had a full meal before she ate, and even if I just had dinner and wanted more, she wasn't annoyed at all when she gave me a tiny portion. But even if she said, "no", she doesn't hit me or yell at me. She just says, "No" calmly unless I get a fuss with her than she sternly sends me to my room or spanks me if I talked back. She doesn't punish me by starving me. At least give James a meal for God sake! This mom cared less 😢
“Learning the hard way,” at least in my experience, usually refers to when I refused to listen to what my parents were telling me, and then suffered the consequences like a scraped knee or a small cat scratch.
Yeah, when you have a toddler (or kid of any age) you set the environment up safely. Period. You don't leave hot things, knives, guns, etc. around and "let them learn the hard way." They're not old enough to learn just from getting hurt. Plus, it can permanently harm them and it's preventable
No pity party here but I was roughed up as a small child. I felt some PTSD watching that kid behind the stove. One of my mom’s bfs lowered me into the crawlspace once to get something for him. Same with the pumpkin scene - that’s legitimate terror. That kid knows what it’s like to feel like everything’s ending. So sick of people pretending that kid’s completely fine.
I'm so sorry omg! I was about to come on here to say this as well. I had developed C-PTSD due to being neglected like this a few times, one of which was because my mom had a habit of locking me in the bathroom. Which in our house was more like a closet worth of space. The whole "sleep training" thing and sticking children in small spaces for funsies set alarm bells ringing in my head
tbh, at almost 23 years old I know that I don't like children and won't be having any of my own but holy damn, does it make me angry when people who CHOSE TO HAVE THEM don't lift a finger to take care of them in an appropriate manner
Ohhhh shizzle…here we go again! This Anthony has NO ROOM to throw stones. He’s a terrible person too and could have a whole video to himself (but TLDR: he’s exactly what you think he is!) Also…as a retired nurse and nurse lecturer, thank you for being supportive and recognising the work nurses and care workers do
You scared me, I'm reading the comments just as the video started and my heart literally fell to my feet because I thought you were referring to Dankey!!😂 My first thought was "Dammit! He can't possibly be a bad guy!" 😂😂😂 Thankfully, I'm hoping you were talking about Anthony? Lol
That video with the sweet bun pisses me off. cause as an adult i have a hard time napping when im hungry so wtf do you mean that tiny piece of a dessert bun is his lunch cause he hasn't had a nap yet?! Food comes before a nap unless the child just happens to fall asleep before eating
I saw a tiktok of her drinking soda right in front of her son when he asks her for a drink and she just stares at him with wide eyes, and says "mama has been working all day. mama deserves this" and he says "i just want water.." and she SIGHS and leans into her chair.
i think at the very least, they’re either withholding food, or not feeding the baby enough. it’s like they are such big backs that they want all the food for themselves, and she even says that in some clips 😭
My grandfather died from COPD in May. If his nurse pulled the "carton of cigarettes" thing with him before he died, I think I'd be in jail right now for murdering a nurse
If a patient completely refused medication and you can't convince them otherwise, that's why documentation is important! Going off of what my dad told me and let me know about the medical field, being a nurse, and making an inference on that. You document if they refuse to take their medicine, if the medicine requires to be crushed, or if the patent needs them crushed, then you give it to them crushed. You don't crush it if they don't want to take it. The fact that Hannah openly admits to this on video can open an investigation that can cause her to lose her job.
My mother is a traveling nurse and she treated me similar. What’s crazy is traveling nurses even get their rent paid for!!! They give you money for travel!! She can afford ts!!!!!!
It’s insane she thought giving him a small piece of food and calling it lunch was a good idea, I have a niece who’s way younger than him and she could eat an entire rack of ribs if you gave it to her so there’s no way that boy doesn’t want to eat
I’ll never understand the diaper everywhere thing. Like, I change my daughter in one spot, on a changing table with a trash can next to it. Same everything else that she does…wtf. I just will never understand neglecting children. Ever. My daughter is my whole life. Her needs go before my needs every time.
They’re such narcs. They talk about these rules they impose on their child because they have this grand idea that they’re raising a smart young man who will be disciplined and mannered when no, they’re neglecting him and he will most likely be INCREDIBLY nervous, or incredibly irritated. It’s giving “we aren’t going to have a son like other moms have” she’s definitely thought this through very much and won’t budge in her morals- but because she’s thought so much about how she’s going to parent and how her son will be- she won’t account for her son actually having developmental stages and will one day grow into his own person. They’re the type of parents who’ll take full credibility for how their son turned out so well if he ends up being compliant. I can hear them joking with a future son going “aren’t you glad you learned not to cry in public like those kids over there? That’s because you know we’d have whooped your ass”
ignoring babies crying until they stop is the opposite of teaching them self-soothing--it's traumatizing their brain into learning that crying does not bring help. It causes disorganized attachment with the parents and is how dissociative disorders develop. It's abusive, period. AND LEAVING THEIR BABY IN SOILED DIAPERS??? oh my god These people should not have children.
i thought we all learned that from that one study where you can see the baby's demeanor literally change and it stops crying after its ignored long enough. babies are babies, they shouldn't be left to self soothe.
@@camdenhunt7565 honestly i think we should stop saying "self soothe" in reference to babies because it's a total misnomer. It's not self-soothing, it's dissociation.
You can see the annoyance on their faces when they hand him a piece of food. Literal scumbags. 😠 Also, to the Karen that complained about it not being cereal, get FN real.
The parents seem to be obsessed with stuffing their faces whilst simultaneously starving their kid. WTAF. They act like their kid is a roommate who is always eating their food, the more I watch, the more I worry for their kids.
She is absolutely horrible and this entire video made me sad. One thing I want to add, is that my son is 18 months old as well and we have the inside of his doorknob babyproofed so he can't get out of his room at night. He can open doors and unlock them, so if he left his room while we were all sleeping he would be able to get out the front door. He also is very rough with our cats, so if he weren't supervised with them in the living room, they might scratch him. Another reason is that in the case of a fire, we would know exactly where he was and would be able to get to him quickly; kids tend to run and hide when there is a fire, so it's safest to know where he would be. I know a lot of parents who do the same for safety reasons and not to neglect their kids. At such a young age, being able to roam the whole house at night can be unsafe depending on the child. That being said, I wouldn't just leave him in his room banging on the door after he woke up in the morning. If I hear him wake up over the baby monitor, I go get him and start our morning routine. If he needed us in the night, we'd go check on him when he called for us. This lady just seems annoyed that her children have needs at all.

I don’t have kids, but when my sister in law was pregnant, one of my gifts to her was 2 cloth diaper kits that are adjustable from newborn to toddler. Basically will fit as long as the kid needs diapers. The two packs would probably last about a week worth and they were literally $35 each. She can use single use diapers but she will never have to buy diapers. Theres no excuse for not changing a babys diaper when they pee. Idc how expensive diapers are, theres ways around it
I work in healthcare and have never wanted to have kids. There are many reasons why doctors/nurses/other healthcare professionals are highly discouraged from advising or treating our loved ones. A big one is offering preferential treatment. It’s mad to me that this woman offers can’t offer basic standards of care to her own child, let alone preferential treatment. She should be resisting the urge to get her child the best care but instead seems to view him as an inconvenience. It breaks my heart as someone who, again, doesn’t even want children of her own. That baby deserves so much more love.
My midwife informed me this is fine to disregard (in UK) as chances of contracting listeria from a reputable shop is very low, and you're much more likely to get listeria from veggies! It's cool how advice changes over time
As someone who was pregnant, I can attest that I avoided the cold cuts like the plague. Due to the fear of getting listeria. Never had a sandwich tasted so good after giving birth. 😂
There's a LOT of people and unfortunatly parents who simply don't understand that children don't have knowledge. And I mean that literally, like they don't know things. "Why would you touch that?" because he literally doesn't know it's hot or can hurt him. He LITERALLY did not know that. People aren't born with the knowledge that hot things can burn them, they have to either be told or experience the burn. And it's CRAZY that people don't understand that. Children are not little adults who understand the consequences of their actions. I think tha's why people compare Hanna to Ruby Franke because she didn't understand this either, she treated her kids as if they were adults who were being delibritly selfish or manipulative but that would imply that those kids are fully capable of understanding their actions beyond/outside of themselves/their wants/needs, but kids of that age are literally not cognitively capable of that.
As someone who grew up in the Mormon church (I am no longer a part of it), I'd like to clear up something about paying tithing. In the church, you have to pay 10% of your monthly income to the church to be a "full tithe payer." If you do not, you will not be able to have a temple recommend, meaning that you are banned from the temple. The temple is a special place within the church where you get married and do certain ceremonies. It's a shameful thing to have your temple recommended removed, which is why so many people feel such intense pressure to pay their tithing. Another thing is that when you pay your tithing, you will receive blessings from God. If you go to church, you will hear many stories of people who chose to pay their tithing over paying their bills. They feel God will care for the rest if they pay their tithing. When they get some extra money and can pay their bills, they will say that it was because they chose to pay their tithing that they could get the funds they needed to pay their bills. I don't want to excuse her behavior, but paying your tithing is basically mandatory in the church. Regardless, she is definitely neglecting her child and should be held accountable. There is a lot of abuse in the church that no one really talks about. Some of my friends parents hit them. Others would have their bedroom door removed if they talked back. One girl I know is still grounded from using her phone even though she is about to turn 20. By the way, I think this is a really great video. I have been watching your content for several months now and look forward to your posts every time.
Paying ten percent to the church sounds so medieval, this is literally what Martin Luther protested against way back in the 1500s. And isn't there a Bible passage of Jesus flipping tables and driving the profiteers out of the temple? As a European, so many americans just come across as so backwards and duped.
My mom’s Mormon and we’re from Utah… on the first sundays of the month we fast for the entire day, and when I was little that was really hard for me. If I said I didn’t want to participate, my mom would guilt trip me and say so many people had to go without food for longer than a few hours and that I was going to be okay. When I was 12 and made excuses to not go to church (I would make myself throw up, I’d go on a walk and come back long after church was over, I’d say I was sick, I’d use cramps as an excuse) after like a month she came to my room crying on a Sunday morning saying she was worried about me and said she was going to send me to a mental hospital or get me a therapist or do something so I could come to my senses and go to the uplifting setting of church. I feel absolutely horrible for Hannah’s kids and although we don’t see much now, it’s only going to get worse as they get older and I can testify from personal experience. I really hope something changes, whether Hannah changes herself and sees she’s wrong (unlikely) or even if it takes a long time, her kids come out and are able to get help.
Also the 10% Hannah gives is called tithings and it is used to help get food for the homeless and get clothes, so of course there are good things about being Mormon and there are a few communities that are not so toxic, but I personally will not be Mormon when I get out and I think that the force my parents have put me through has thoroughly made me atheist or something alike. Truly, the whole Mormon religion sounds odd because I’m quite sure no other religion has Jesus and Satan as brothers??
Religion is strange in general if you put a decent amount of study just in mythology. TDLR; Stories from our ancestors just trying to make sense of the world by only their 5 senses and experiences changed and adapted over time into the various religions we see today. The thing Religion is good for is bringing people together and to give hope to the hopeless. Unfortunately the latter part causes people to hope for better and become complacent with the garbage in their life that they dont have to live through. I.E. trapped in an abusive relationship because divorce is against god.
@ I think that the thing I’m most skeptical about when it comes to religion is first of all; anybody could be lying. And also illnesses that make people hallucinate, like anything being told from a single source could have been a lie or a hallucination, and there are so many single sources in religions (at least that’s what I’ve found in my research). So it’s just hard to trust something like that for me i guess. Religions always dig so far back into history and I can’t help but think of how wrong that story from the past might’ve been translated.

My second sign was reading and listening to Christian concepts that tried to fit science into their narritive (as they cannot disprove everything science has to say) and then mix and match facts and ideas into a murky mess that often contradicted itself or came off sounding like the speaker had no idea what they were talking about. If you are interested in learning more about the history of myths and religions tho, I recommend checking out Crecganford's channel. His explanation on the bible story roots are really interesting.
Hey! Someone who used to work in a assisted living facility as a server in the kitchen. While I wasn’t directly involved with caring for the residents healthcare, I helped them to get their food and other needs. I made so many friendships with the folks there, and although I don’t work there anymore, I have a few friends and a family member who still works there, AND i visit the residents regularly. Last year (2022) I worked on Christmas, and it was absolutely HEARTBREAKING to see how many residents went without someone to spend the day with, so I made everyone cards and stayed 3 hours after my shift ended playing cards and celebrating with them. One of them (Rest in Peace) nicknamed me “Smiley” because I loved working there, and he said I brought a smile to everyones face there. Seeing how she acts in regards to her job absolutely disgusts me, and I sincerely hope that she gets what’s coming to her. She cannot outrun karma.
This genuinely makes me so upset, I can’t believe people like this exist. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour, why did they even have kids if they never wanted them?
My mother was a nurse, and I was very much raised in a, "fuck around and find out," house when it came to mild injuries. It was always confirmed that it was a superficial injury before it was shrugged off, though. She doesn't even bother checking.
There’s more of a critical eye on the Utah CPS at the moment bc of Ruby Franke and everything that transpired there. So, they’re going to be more thorough and vigilant for the next few years.
@sarahoftheice I hope so. They promised the same thing in California post Gabriel Fernández and there were multiple situations very similar to his that went unchecked after. I have very little faith in child services. I don't live in Utah, though, so I can't speak to their standards.
Gabriel Fernandez is just the tip of the iceberg too, Misery Machine covers many MANY cases that no one talks about of CPS failing kids, in much similar cases, some even more obvious than Gabriel’s
There's a whole lot of issues surrounding the guy at the beginning that's worth looking into, it's a rabbit hole in and of itself 💀 That being said, Hannah and her husband absolutely deserve to be investigated and I do hope that they learn something from this, but I'm not holding my breath. To me, Hannah comes across as a bully with a nasty streak and I think everything she's doing is completely normal to her. If she'd treat her own babies this way, I can't imagine how she treats her patients.
I used to stick my hand on the stove burner when I was like... 1 to 2. My mom might not show as many emotions as other parents, but I do remember her being really concerned. She told me that it wasn't a good idea to do that, because I'd get burnt, while she had the water running over my hand. Full on stopped her cooking to do that. And yes, I did learn a lot of stuff like that, by accidentally touching the burner, or even running my hand along the side of the grater (Yeah, I was a dumbass kid), but my parents were always understanding, and immediately helped me by tending to my injuries. And yeah, I've learned a lot from that. Still doesn't mean that my mom wouldn't call that... a hard lesson. Also, she had to deal with me cutting my hand open on a piece of glass at about 5 months pregnant, having to get me to the hospital, with a crying toddler who'd split their hand open. Yes I sustained a lot of injuries. But it meant that my mom was always making that if I did get hurt by my own stupidity, I was taken care of. Oh, did I mention my mom was raised Mormon? It's always these people using their religion for an excuse to have kids, and not take care of them. Also, can agree that most Mormons are slightly transphobic and queerphobic. This is coming from a non-binary person in a large Mormon family. They might be nice and all, but they sometimes don't recognize it. Most of them are calling me by my preferred pronouns, once I explained it, but they can just drop it into conversations. It's kinda just how they were taught. But they can learn!
This got released while I was at costco. Got to watch this with my Chicken Sandwich. I'm mostly in shock about how a person can ignore a crying child, ESPECIALLY THEIR OWN CHILD. Like bro help ur child. My little sister is a tad overdramatic, even so if she cries I'm right next to her asking her whats wrong and asking her if she wants to see my gcse artwork bc she loves paint. How can you just side eye your crying baby? I'm not a parent, never have been but it's just not good to do that.
@@Nemesis9K I mean the chicken sandwich that they sell at my local. Where are you getting a double chunk chocolate cookie from, ive never seen smth like that at the costco I go
As someone in pre-med who knows a lot of nursing majors, i would consider many of them sociopathic to a level. Maybe its compartmentalization, but they usually already have the traits before entering nursing school(if that makes sense)
Also not changing diapers that have been urinated in can lead to chronic UTI's, I'm assuming she lives in America so treating that is gonna be a LOT more expensive than diapers but that's assuming she'd even take her kid to the doctor.
Especially since she said they don’t have insurance. That’s why she received no prenatal care aside from planned parenthood which is highly hypocritical considering I assume she’s anti choice based on her stated political and religious beliefs
Cloth diapers are DIRT cheap. You can literally even make your own. When I my daughter was little, I had to support a family of 3 on minimum wage, living in a tiny apartment with no yard and we didn't have a washer or dryer, so I handwashed my kid's cloth diapers in a bucket (there's tutorials online) and hung them to dry in the bathroom with the fan on to help them dry faster.
I like that you don't just mindlessly hate on the people you cover, it's why I've started watching so much and subscribed so quickly. Also, about the people doing chuckling and whatnot when a baby gets hurt or scared (not like majorly) there's actually a good reason to do this. Baby's often take cues from adults, and if they get the tiniest nothing bump and people freak out, the baby will too. So, if you stay calm and even chuckle a bit it helps the baby stay calm too. But, yeah this poor baby.... 😢😢😢
THIS! Lol saw a video were a dad tapped the back of his hand on the door while holding the baby (baby’s head never hit the door) & dad will console & rub baby’s head & the baby will just cry rubbing it’s head as if he’s really hurt lol
I respectfully disagree about the Ruby Franke comment. This videos of hannahs mirror frankes behavior during her 18 passengers days. Franke would do awful, but lawful things to her children. Franke abused her kids within the confines of the law and things escalated when jodie got involved. I think hannah is doing the same thing. She’s abusing her child within the confines of the law right now, but it’s escalating. She’s actually giving sandra vander arc vibes. Shanda was real crazy and restrictive of food. Shanda also didn’t begin her torture of timithy all at once. It started with abhorrent, but legal abuse and got worse bit by bit. Most of the escalation in that case is documented in a series of text messages narrated by zav girl. Also, when i say legal abuse. I don’t mean that abuse is legal technically on the books, but since cps and the law choose not to act in most of these cases it might as well be seen as legal.
I agree. I was also recently saying as well if you look at high profile celebrities who eventually become convicted for sexual offences, including against children, they did not necessarily start off as offenders. They started off pushing moral boundaries which were legal but questionable socially. As no one stopped them, they got more emboldened until one day they committed a crime which turned into more crimes.
She doesn't vaccinate her kids and doesn't understand WHY you need to change a pee diaper...and I'm supposed to trust her to care for a vulnerable patient who cannot care for themselves? I wouldn't want this "nurse" anywhere near one of my loved ones.
No evidence? she literally pulled a chair out from under her baby while hes standing on it at the counter and cutting with a plastic serrated knife then she takes forever to help him then acts annoyed..she did it either on purpose or sub consciously cause she sees him as an inconvenience...theres quite a bit actually. They are past giving them the benefit of the doubt
in the middle of me watching this i got a news notification that read "17 Diapers" influencer hannah hiatt under investigation after protective services reports" like thats good timing lmao
i volunteer at an elderly home and just wanted to say thank you for the little speech about people working there. I'm just a volunteer (working on becoming a nurse and eventually doctor) so I don't do the medical and cleaning stuff but i spend hours with people who's kids and grandkids don't visit and even though I don't do it for strangers validation, it still was nice to hear ❤
you were right about getting bad vibes from the first guy who reported them to cps… i just saw a tiktok where it was exposed he has assaulted multiple family members in his past.
Danky is correct. Ive been saying this all along. CPS will look into it and say there is nothing wrong. We can assume if she puts this out for the world to see, she does worse behind closed doors. But that's the thing, its an assumption. Its scary she doesn't realize what she is doing is wrong. There is nothing CPS can do at this level. Unfortunately

I'm glad you mentioned the tone of Hannah's voice when she speaks in her videos. She always sounds so aggressive when she's talking about people she's caring for from her toddler to her newborn to her patients.
The video where Hannah moves the chair that her toddler is standing on in a very obvious purposeful way to cause him to fall down. That Anthony guy is a narcissistic predator. I'm glad he's being exposed!
The ONLY time it would be okay to give - give, not bribe with, give! - a person with serious breathing issues cigarettes is if they're in hospice/palliative care, and only upon request.

That guy is definitely all about ego and clout. He reminds me of those certain types of people who set themselves up as PDF hunters but dont even try and preserve evidence for a criminal case. Im always suspicious of their motives - doth the guy protest too much? Etc
Acting bothered when he cries is awful. My mom had ppd and was like that. When i was 7 i broke my arm and tried to hide it from my mom because i knew i was going to get yelled at. This attitude has caused life long issues.
Well given that they’re restricting their kids food, and their kid flinched when a box was put in his face, yeah that’s abuse and they are being abused behind the scenes, and the not changing diapers, that’s child neglect at the very least, she needs to be arrested immediately
Treating your own child like a nuisance is disgusting. It’s like she sees him as something to deal with rather than someone to take care of. Just for parents/guardians in general, yes, kids can be loud or impulsive or exhausting at times, but that’s because they’re a child! And being annoyed or tired with it, while it can definitely be understandable, should never excuse neglectful, ignorant, or even abusive actions you, as a grown adult, make. If you think it’s a good thought to validate your actions by pointing blame to a child who probably doesn’t know better (depending on how young they may be) is nothing but pathetic. Even if you’re bothered and may not be able to hide disappointment or annoyance, it should never be consistent enough or go far enough for that child to feel unloved or uncared for. No kid should be treated like an inconvenience. Plus, there’s a difference between tough love and laziness and lack of care. (Alright, my rant is over)
My family called me a burden growing up because of being disabled and it sticks with you your whole life and it’s really hard to shake off. I still feel bad asking for help and telling people when I’m uncomfortable
@chattychatotchannel I’m so sorry you’ve had to hear that. It’s quite unfortunate that you felt like you didn’t get that support from your family. Listen, I won’t pry into the disability/disabilities, but no matter what it is, despite any struggles that may come with it/them, you’re strong for getting this far, alright? You’ve got folks who care about ya regardless of who you are or what you’ve gotta deal with, who won’t ever find you a burden. Cherish those guys. Just remember that asking for help with anything or letting others know if you’re uncomfortable is never and should never be a problem, and I know it can be hard to just simply switch to that mindset and that’s okay. I may not really know you, but I assure you, you are *not* a burden
I have something to say about the tiktok where they scare their kid with the pumpkin guts. A few months ago, I was at a fair with my roommates. I'm neurodivergent and I had a long night. I was getting overwhelmed and just wanted to go home, but we continued so I didn't spoil everyone's fun. We happen upon a group of kids playing with silly string. They ask if we like it. I say no. They keep pushing for some reason until they just spray us anyways. I started crying, and when I cry from being overwhelmed, it comes and goes for like an hour after. It completely ruined my night. My point is that I'm an adult and I HATED harmless silly string all over me. The child in the video was freaked out, shielded himself, and backed away. They should have freaking stopped long before they did. That isn't funny at all to me. It's just mean and vile and I hope the kid is okay. Kids have boundaries too.
Restricting food is a massive sign of child abuse even if they never put hands on them.
It leaves no marks until it’s too late sadly!
I was gonna say this. It was a HUGE red flag for the 8 passengers too.
I just dont get .... like why? they're clearly well off and they're just not giving their very little kids food...
Restricting food in itself IS abuse. At least, that’s what I think.
There's so many Almond Moms in that religion. They genuinely believe beauty is an indication of morality.

Actually as a former social worker, that video of her saying the bite of pastry is his ENTIRE lunch, is enough to remove the child for neglect.
... and the one of her saying she bites her baby
Could you actually get a case started AND child removed based on that video alone?
@@zoeb3573you could get a report filed based on that and the video can be submitted as evidence in court. Of course you also do interviews with family, neighbors, and doctors etc. to add to the case. But if the judge finds video to be convincing enough, they will sign a removal petition.
Did you do social work in the US? Our child welfare system here is horrible. So many cases of blatant abuse gets ignored by CPS/DCF
@@dasani.like.the.water. yes, but in a less populated area. It varies a lot from state to state, and even court to court. Our caseload was on average 30 investigations open at a time, but in more populated areas it can be 85, 90, or more; and that's per one socialworker, so yes a lot falls through the cracks.
WTF NO? they open an investigation , there are boxers to tick,, not just 1 simple thing boom taken?? wtf
Oh she 100% does. Shes a nurse I would fight with/report daily if I was a social worker wherever she was working at.

Idk I don’t want kids and probably won’t ever have them but I could never imagine treating any child like this. She’s genuinely just cruel
That was my first thought too. Because she acts like his existence inconveniences her.
(It's particularly difficult in infants under 2 months, they often do not even have a fever and any symptoms they do have can just present as normal, fussy baby behavior.)
You may not even know until damage is already done to the kidneys, particularly if you are a neglectful parent... 😢
Your gut feeling is spot on. That guy's got called out by his cousin(s) for alleged SA of them when they were kids...... classic projection. I'm pretty sure that's why he took it down.

So self centered. First rule of parenting. It is not about you. She's disgusting
@DeviBuster for sure
Some people have kids and treat them like extensions of themselves and not their own unique humans
That's just neglectful parenting
the way those people yank their child by his hand instead of picking him up properly, tells me everything I need to know about them
Yes! Horrible.
Both times I felt horrible and cried and apologised to her even though she had no idea why.
its so weird she talks about “saving” money alot in regards to not buying her son food, or not buying him a coat and nappies. but she’ll happily show her soda machine thats 1k+ and how much food her and husband eat
its giving neglect
It makes my blood boil
Apparently they're in the top 5% earners in the country.

For those with no idea of how much toddlers eat, we bought 20 chicken nuggets at McDonalds, ate 6 and gave the rest to my 2 year old, within the half hour car journey he ate all 14 and wanted more.
My cousin at 2 ate more meatballs than I did for dinner. Like 8-10 of them amongst other foods. It’s painful to watch his little eyes
As soon as he said “they’re Mormons” I immediately cringed cause u thought of how to train up a child. What an awful book, should NEVER be read
I’m Mormon and I’ve literally never heard of that book. I’ve actually heard from church leaders that there is never a reason to hit a child.
Also, I’m totally horrified by Hannah-she seems like a very immature mother and I feel sick for her babies.
She is using that method

i'm blown away by that one comment accusing you of not researching because you didn't know what food was inside the box the kid flinched away from?? what are we doing
For real !! The kid wouldn’t have flinched any differently if it was a box of Shreddied Vs Oats!!
I guarantee he will be eating things that are unsafe due to hunger, he will be hiding food and he won’t trust his parents
I mean, look at the parents. They're not exactly in shape.
I went through the same with my dad and stepmom, however I'm the exact opposite- when there's a full stock of food in the house I sometimes tend to over eat in some deep seated fear that I won't get any of it
I didn't realise I hoard food until I moved and had to drag a bunch of canned food around. I blame food related trauma. I'm going to eat it
Welp, literally like 3 min in and I'm crying.

Also Anthony: (proceeds to dox people)
The whole not sharing your food with you kid is crazy to me.
Every mom has a secret snack space. Mine was the garage so no one heard the wrapper🤣
No vaccines too- shes a terrible nurse
Eta: 43:55 not to mention, like im on 2 pills that are extended release, they let a little of the drug out at a time.
17 poopy diapers in one day??? The math is not mathing. That means each child is pooping 8x a day?
Especially when she made a video saying she only changes her babies when they poop...
@@theangrytiredzebraAnd we hardly see the toddler eat so he can’t be pooping that much in his nappies / diapers
I thought the same thing. She doesn't feed them enough for 8 bm:s per day
Doesn't she have 2 kids? A newborn too?
Bro, not multiple days of stinky diapers just everywhere...She's literally the worst.
“Learning the hard way,” at least in my experience, usually refers to when I refused to listen to what my parents were telling me, and then suffered the consequences like a scraped knee or a small cat scratch.
Yeah that’s a normal persons version of learning the hard way, not whatever tf these people have going on.
Yeah, when you have a toddler (or kid of any age) you set the environment up safely. Period. You don't leave hot things, knives, guns, etc. around and "let them learn the hard way."
They're not old enough to learn just from getting hurt.
He’s a terrible person too and could have a whole video to himself (but TLDR: he’s exactly what you think he is!)

That video with the sweet bun pisses me off. cause as an adult i have a hard time napping when im hungry so wtf do you mean that tiny piece of a dessert bun is his lunch cause he hasn't had a nap yet?! Food comes before a nap unless the child just happens to fall asleep before eating
All 3 of my kids have fallen asleep while eating at some point around that age so it's not like she can say he wouldnt nap 😞
Man, I always always feed my kids first. Half the time, I forget to eat because Im so worried about making sure they eat.
Locking a child in a room os absolutely a fire hazard
I saw a tiktok of her drinking soda right in front of her son when he asks her for a drink and she just stares at him with wide eyes, and says "mama has been working all day. mama deserves this" and he says "i just want water.." and she SIGHS and leans into her chair.
i think at the very least, they’re either withholding food, or not feeding the baby enough. it’s like they are such big backs that they want all the food for themselves, and she even says that in some clips 😭
"big backs" 😂lmao
AND LEAVING THEIR BABY IN SOILED DIAPERS??? oh my god
These people should not have children.
i thought we all learned that from that one study where you can see the baby's demeanor literally change and it stops crying after its ignored long enough. babies are babies, they shouldn't be left to self soothe.
@@camdenhunt7565 honestly i think we should stop saying "self soothe" in reference to babies because it's a total misnomer. It's not self-soothing, it's dissociation.
Okey, so she treats her kid like a pigeon, her patients as dogs and her husband as god, got it
I could never eat like that and watch my baby stare at me hungry and begging like a dog.
I don't even like kids I don't know doing that and ask their parents if they can have some. How do you not feel the urge to feed a hungry child????
You can see the annoyance on their faces when they hand him a piece of food. Literal scumbags. 😠
Also, to the Karen that complained about it not being cereal, get FN real.
These people are very, very sick. Dangerously sick.
I have the suspicion they wouldn't be unhappy if the poor kid had an unaliving accident.

Idc how expensive diapers are, theres ways around it
Thank you I'm a teen mom I ain't got a ton of money but my daughter will never sit in a wet diaper!!!
I'm just glad to know CPS and LE are investigating. That little boy deserves better.

Eating cold-cut deli meat while pregnant is a no-no. Which I learned recently. But I’m not a nurse, nor ever been pregnant.
And this is not new information. This has been the rule for decades.
Eh just depends on the person/Dr cause I ate a little bit of cold cuts but not much.
@@Miss.Laineyv33 I grew up Christian. My first sign was being told Animals dont have souls. Something didn't feel right with that and never has felt right. My second sign was reading and listening to Christian concepts that tried to fit science into their narritive (as they cannot disprove everything science has to say) and then mix and match facts and ideas into a murky mess that often contradicted itself or came off sounding like the speaker had no idea what they were talking about.

There's a whole lot of issues surrounding the guy at the beginning that's worth looking into, it's a rabbit hole in and of itself 💀
That being said, Hannah and her husband absolutely deserve to be investigated and I do hope that they learn something from this, but I'm not holding my breath.
That guy "Anthony " has a bunch of negative stuff coming out about him now! People who live in glass houses ...

As no one stopped them, they got more emboldened until one day they committed a crime which turned into more crimes.

you were right about getting bad vibes from the first guy who reported them to cps… i just saw a tiktok where it was exposed he has assaulted multiple family members in his past.

Locking the kids doors overnight is a massive health and safety no no because the kid can’t get out if there’s a house fire!!!! 😬
Antivax nurses will always be the biggest oxymoron to me. They know exactly what vaccines are and how they work and why they're important and they still don't want to do it?? Doesn't make any sense 😭
That guy is definitely all about ego and clout. He reminds me of those certain types of people who set themselves up as PDF hunters but dont even try and preserve evidence for a criminal case. Im always suspicious of their motives - doth the guy protest too much? Etc
Glad I wasn't the only one
“Why is she so aggressive to the camera?!”
Um.. SIR. Have you watched your videos?

😭😭
Got recommended this video as soon as I started eating. I'm so happy 😭
Acting bothered when he cries is awful. My mom had ppd and was like that. When i was 7 i broke my arm and tried to hide it from my mom because i knew i was going to get yelled at. This attitude has caused life long issues.
And sleep training at FOUR months is wild. Babies that young need to eat overnight. 😢 a four month old crying it out makes me so sad.
Appreciate ur content SO MUCH
Well given that they’re restricting their kids food, and their kid flinched when a box was put in his face, yeah that’s abuse and they are being abused behind the scenes, and the not changing diapers, that’s child neglect at the very least, she needs to be arrested immediately
I hate to say that I’d be a better parent even though I’m 17 😭😭😭
omg same 😭 legit can't imagine doing this to someone
She singlehandedly convinced me that the word "slaps" needs to be retired.
Are you still hiding comments or…
Treating your own child like a nuisance is disgusting.
