his right foot is completely covering his left when he does his backhand. he doesnt move his left foot after he finish either so he's like a bad D1 player. or maybe like a tipsy pro
Just an observation... I noticed that Nadal is hitting with both powerful topspin, and court penetration. In the past, he was the best at hitting topspin, and only occasionally hits an deep attacking shot. I wonder if he's changing his strategies, to hit both powerful topspin and penetration. This is a low percentage shot though, and is much more suited to players with an attacking mindset. Nadal hasn't fully adjusted, it might be why his results this year aren't as good as previous years.
Nick Dinsmore Practicing with your opponent before a match is a time to evaluate your opponent's strengths and weaknesses. Nadal doesn't wanna show off to much before the game starts. He's more interested in seeing what Pablo is capable of.
Nadal in the beginning was hitting the ball so nice and consistent. He's better hitting through the ball instead of that crazy whipping loop of a forehand. He will eventually get burned out. He puts too much energy into every shot instead of conserving it for the put away.
***** you know that if he doesn't do the overhead forehand the ball will just fly in to the fence on the other side of the court right? The overhead forehand is a natural thing that comes because Nadal's swing is so fast that if he doesnt do it the ball will not land inside the court.
***** and you dont understand what i mean, if he does not do that forehand he is nothing, the only reason he stands and hit over the chest is because he is hitting it calmly, Nadal is a beast because of that forehand. Do you think he would have even half of the slams he have if he didnt play the way he did? Besides, hitting practice and a match are very different.
Rafa's forehand comes at you like The End of the World.
Busta has simple yet effective techniques... he will become top ten soon
Nope
@@borishemmelmanm7635 except he already has... he was top ten in 2017
Wrong wrong wrong wrong, wrong wrong wrong wrong.
Pablo has some beautiful strokes, wow.
Not really.
he's very inconsistent

damn even when hitting it flat, nadal's forehands still have massive topspin.
That means he's not hitting flat... Go watch Tomic forehand. THAT is FLAT.
They are not flat forehands at all .
Call it drive
I mean a flat forehand for nadal would be a slice lol
Then it is not flat idiot.

Typical Rafa practice. No good for his partner.
