Nice video quick question I am replacing a 10 year old gas oven with this model in a couple of days. My gas pipe is set up exactly the same as yours on the wall behind the stove.. do I need to buy that kit or do I just disconnect from the old stove slide it out Slide the new stove in and connect it to the bottom of the stove using the same metal corrugated pipe
What adapter did u use on the hose i havw eletric but i have a gas line installed in house so im going to gas but need to know what adapters connect to the hose that connects to back of stove and the wall
I got the same model at a liquidation store for 250.00. Now I see that I'm missing some parts and some parts were replaced with apparently parts from a different model or brand. Oh well, I got it for 250 and I can find the correct parts and make it what it's supposed to be. Great instructional video and information!

It’s a good stove, but I can’t get the flames on the burners evenly burning. I just the knobs to low, but they still be high what would be the problem and another thing I didn’t get that Rack for the grill where can I buy it? Thank you if you could help me adjust the flames on these burners would be great.

Unfortunately there was some error in their online ordering which they say instalation is not included in my order. Tomorrow I will go to Home Depot and buy that instalation kit and install myself. Hope everything goes well smothly.
Nice installation but I think you need to raise your stove to be flush with the countertop for code and fire safety especially with a wooden countertop.
Do you happen to know what the red plastic cover is for the orifice that's on the regulator? It wasn't very tight on my unit and I checked it out. It has a small hole in it that possibly breathes for the regulator? I didn't see you mention anything and the instructions didn't say either. I wonder if the cap should be on or off for best air breathing? Do you know? Thanks!
We just installed this same model. the left front burner's ignitor takes way to long to ignite and when it does the flame is about 4" high. Samsung says the solution is to send us another burner plate and cap, not sure that will fix the ignitor? Also, is the Samsung air fryer tray the best choice for the oven or do you like another manufacturer's?
Yeah 4” seems a lot lol. Hopefully the replacement piece fixes that issue. But if ignore the problem. Not sure. Air fryer is pretty cool. No complains but honestly don’t use it often

I know what your talking about, it's some kind of regulator, for LP conversion. . That's what the gas man told me. My installer was trying to hook up that valve, he didn't see the purple and the tape to the left of it. Geez
Thank you for your video. You saved me a lot of grief. Home depot was supposed to install and had no clue on how to do it. He was trying to put his coupling on the valve that is to the right of where the hose is supposed to go. I guess he didn't see that it was wrapped, the area to hook up. He was wondering why his fitting were to big. Nobody at home depot had a clue. Do not let Home depot hook up anything for you.

FYI… the vent-a-hood in the Microwave oven is in Most cases is not up to CODE for a Gas Stove… ie: meaning you should not have the microwave over the stove but only the proper Vent-A-Hood, for many safety reasons. There also should be proper wall structure, ie: more heat resistant material behind a stove too. There are very specific codes that have been updated over the years and if not researched your older homes can become fire hazards…

It all comes with the kit. There is different sizes

I think that’s for the alternative gas hook up. There is separate guide for that

The flames in the oven and burners are very orange and way too strong. Is there an adjustment?
Haven’t checked for that. I would assume so. But should be done right by Samsung already. You have all the burners solid in place right.

Yiu have the round rings etc where the flame comes out right. That’s a must. I would say reach out to Samsung.
Do your stove top gas knobes get hot when using the oven, example 400° of higher on the oven.
havent noticed but possible, as yeah is escaping the stove through the vents

all the parts in the right place where the gas comes out. maybe something misaligned. unless Samsung has it adjusted wrong. would not be surprised.

I think 1/2. But kit comes with multiple size options.
Great video! Why not add thread tape or pipe dope to the female hose connectors? It seems like it would be another helpful step to prevent leaks.

Is it normal that the glow / flame inside the oven is orange? Isn’t this supposed to be blue like top of stove?
Not sure to be honest. Maybe needs adjusting to get right flow. I would say check with Samsung

Yes there is a gap. Maybee 3-4” away because of the gas line
