      All amps should have a clip indicator on them. All the ones I seen do at least

    And now when you have finished setup can you lisen music above than VOLUME 31? For example Volume 45 without distortion?

      If there’s distortion at 31, there’s gonna be more distortion at 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45+

    Question o need help i installed a rca and when i did and connected everything right my sub i turn gain all the way up but only bump very little then turned up the bass boost it hitting but whay shpuld i do leave it

    Dd-1 plus IS THE MOST ACCURATE, don't settle for less if you want clean undistorted sound along with gear longevity

    So I did this with mr install and I haven’t come across any distortion. So I just backed it off to halfway. Bass is deep and clear.

    Noob question here: Can i decrease the lower frequencies in my head unit and increase them in my (active) subwoofer? The idea is that my regular door speakers don't play these lower frequencies since they sound awful on higher volumes. So basically i want only my subwoofer to play low tones and the regular speakers the mids and highs

      Your idea will work and it's the cheapest, but you will lose quality because using more gain on sub you also amplify noise. Be careful and don't go to extremes, too much noise can damage your sub. Best solution is to use hi pass filters or crossovers for your speakers or replace the speakers

      Apply a HPF(high pass filter) to the front and rear door speakers and apply a LPF(Low Pass Filter) for you sub

      You’d have to change settings in your head unit. Crank the treble.

    I i have amp for my front and rear speakers I turned the gain just enough to get some sound should i increase it a little bit more

      You can set it by turning your bass all the way out. And then turn your volume ¾ way up and set your amp gain towards middle. Higher if you have aftermarket speakers. (But not to the highest)
