Demo of the RSP on 40 metres using HDSDR software. It shows how the EXTIO control panel looks and gives a feeling for both CW and SSB performance from central UK
+gamerpaddy I guess if you need transmit then the Hack RF makes sense. However 12 bit radios like SDRplay and Airspy perform way way better than any 8 bit radio on receive.
Hi, just got my RSP and find that there are no basic instructions on how to get started. Even basics like tuning and freq band selection. Not impressed so far.
The links to documentation are (in case of Windows based users) on www.sdrplay.com/windows.html from where you can download the maual for our own SDRuno. I also recommend the SDRuno Cookbook written by Paul Jones and Mike Ladd also linked there under 'community documentation' - here's the link for that: www.nn4f.com/SDRuno-cookbook.pdf - There are links for documentation on other popular SDR software packages as well.
Any difference with SDR# compared to HDSDR? And can the band pass be narrower and magnified? This looks to be the cat's meow!
I want a sdrplay, but with shipping and taxes its around 200 EUR in germany :( just 100 eur more, and i can get a hackrf.
