    It’s March 2020 and the nation is in a pandemic state of emergency. Anxiety and worry are high. I’ll be working from home for the next two weeks. When the gyms closed I ran to Target and got some weights, found your video and had an amazing powerful calm workout. Thank you! I’ve subscribed and will be doing one daily!       I've always like Amy's calm guidance....did her workouts in the morning while pregnant and it usually set my mood for the day

    Great video. I love how you group the standing exercises and mat work. So many instructors have you bouncing between standing and mat which gets annoying! Plus your calm demeanor is so soothing!

    Thank you Amy. I am a 67 year old grandma and I found your videos during this pandemic. I have done your full body dumbbell as well as standing abs. Your videos are really well thought out and very doable for me. I do use lighter weights though. Thank you for all you do and stay safe. Peace!

    I keep coming back to this one.... I find the way we move amongst the different movements is perfect and the choice of lifts provides me the best workout. I try the other ones too.. but this is my favorite. Thank you Amy!

    Your workout videos have been a blessing during the lockdown. They are full of impact, raise my heart level. Yet i dont feel like I am rushing from one set to another and thereby limiting any injury. Cannot thank you enough Amy for the awesome workouts.

    This is definitely one of my favorite ways to exercise! I love isolating a side and working the other and then putting them together! Terrific strength training! And, yes the hidden cardio here is awesome!

    Hi Amy, I am a 58 year old who just about manages this workout. You helped me recover after an operation, so thank you. I healed quickly as i have been doing fitness all my life. Do you have any videos for over 50's as i am aware that our bodies are changing & different, menopause etc?

    Thanks for all your videos. I just did some new ones (2021), but then I came across this older one (2019) and I have to say that this one is really special. Time flies so quickly as I am concentrating on you and doing all the movements, sweating ... wow ...

    Thank you for such a great workout! I only have 4 pound weights so I will be ordering some more soon. I am missing my gym and yoga studio but you workouts are really helping me. I even think I might just be working out from home more often in the future.

    That was fabulous Amy! I felt like I had worked hard and raised my heart rate even though it was a shorter time. I pushed myself to use challenging dumbbells, as I wanted to work as hard as I can. Your post natal body is so strong - you are an inspiration! Xx

    I finished the work out. The timer was a great help. Didn't have to look at the clock. I was looking for an easier strength workout cause I didn't feel like working out. Now I feel great that I did!

    Have been doing this workout for 5 days in a row and I’m still sweating a bucket! My new favourite workout 🤩
    Update:
    Day 6 - This doesn’t get any easier....how am I sweating more than before?!
    Day 7 - I’m convinced that this will never get easier...still sweating BUCKETS
    Day 8 - Finished the entire workout 8x in a row. Is this supposed to make me stronger or burn fats?! I’m still feeling fat and weak :((
    Day 9 - Still dying...
    Day 10 - Tried a heavier dumbbell for the last few workouts and my arms are BURNING 🔥
    Day 11 - Almost forgot to update today
    Day 12 - Used the heavier set for more than 3/4 of the workout today....switched to the lighter one halfway during the tricep dips (ITS TOO HARD)
    Day 13 - This still does not get any easier...
    Day 14 - First day of my period today....got so difficult towards the end with my cramps 😭😭😭
    Day 15 - 2nd day of period and I want to die...
    Day 16 - 3rd day of period and I’m still sweating BUCKETS
    Day 17 - Passed my driving license today so I’m feeling very motivated 🤩
    Day 18 - STILL DYING
    Day 19 - DONE FOR TODAY
    Day 20 - can’t believe that I’ve done this for 20 days in a row
    Day 21 - When should I stop doing this...
    Day 22 - I actually did another workout yesterday but still prefer this so I’m back here 😂
    Day 23 - ✅
    Day 24 - ✅
    Day 25 - ✅
    Day 26 - ✅
    Day 27 - ✅
    Day 28 - ✅

    My arms definitely need less work than the other muscle groups and have always held great strength but those holds (especially the triceps!!!) were killer! I loved this!

    Another great workout...All the isometric hold 🥵🥵 moves were hard. I wish I could see the modified versions of the holds for lunges. But I somehow managed by keeping the back leg somewhat straight 😅Would definitely love to do more of this format.Thanks a ton Amy 🙏🏻❤️
