    I came back to this video after following this months schedule because it was a little too long for the time I had this morning. This video had the same description but with less time and wowza what a burner! Fantastic workout

    Love this, Amy! Am 10 weeks post C-section. Have been doing your Postnatal Workouts but I felt like I needed a bit more. This was perfect! My abs are definitely not ready for that plank though! Thank you so much! You have helped me to stay fit during pregnancy and now after too! I love your workouts and how encouraging and real you are. Thank you!

    Huge fan of your workouts. Simple easy to follow instructions. Love that I have manged to do so many of these work outs right at home. I sweat it out and feel it the next day. Very mom friendly

    WHEW! What a Great way to end the work-out week, Amy! I picked today's DB workout to give my kettle bells a chance to rest-LOL! I had to take it a bit easy with the presses and tri's-nursing an injured elbow-but still felt the burn, every where! Thanks so much, Amy! You Are The Best!

    you girl are awesome ,first i want to say you are inspirational and motivating, i had never seen a woman stick to working out like you did while pregnant, if you worked out while pregnant, how can us that are not pregnant not work out, second thing i love your work outs, you are an excellent instructor, you take your time showing us form and explaining the work outs, and you don't make us feel bad for not keeping up with the same speed with the work outs. And last but not least, your work outs are amazing, always see results within days. Keep up the great work.

    Felt pretty good after this... until the next day!
    Wow I felt it in my poor legs and had to rest for a day! Definitely a decent workout, thanks Amy! I used 2kg dumbells. Looking forward to the rest of the 4 week challenge. 💪🥵

    Amy. First of all I absolutely love your workouts. I've search and search for someone that not only does a good work out but is fun and knowledgeable at the same time. Your work outs are simply the best.
    My question/comment for you is this: at 8 mins into this video (side to side lunges) my feet cramp up. I wear good tennis shoes (saucony redeemers) but to get through that segment the shoes have to come off. Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

      Shailina Mak You have to mix it in with some other effective workouts like cardio, hiit, etc. Also healthy eating/intermittent fasting is beneficial too
