    I REALLY LOVED THIS format. The mobility to get our bodies warmed up then strength to power was AWESOME. Also it’s CHALLENGING to get it all in in 25 minutes . I enjoyed doing blocks too!😊

    I really like the under 30 min workouts. You manage to get the whole body worked in a short time. The blocks of focused intervals is my favourite format! It was fun to have the challenge of compound moves. That makes the time go by faster. This one is going in my 'to be repeated' playlist. Thank you Amy for making workouts doable in format and length❤

    Great format!! The mobility got us ready for the strength, power and power core rounds!! Some of my favorite moves are the: Press Kneeling Squat, the Kickstand swing squat and the Power Core Bonus Round!! Terrific workout!!! 💯👊👐👐😊

    This was Amazing! I was so not feeling weights or working out at all today. That opening mobility/warmup session was just enough for me to get it done 💪 I would love more of this format! Loved the extended warmup!

    Amy, enjoy the No Repeat exercises for various reasons. Mainly, you don't have to worry about repeating a move you dislike.

    Whew! I was drenched at the end! I found it hard to find the correct form on the swing with one leg back, but I just did a normal one at the end. Probably didn’t help that my three y/o kept making requests during the explications. 😅 Once again the time flew by. Thank you!!!

    Great workout! I have problems with my knee caps so the alternatives you offer make your routines doable for me. However I sometimes forget what the moves are. Would you consider putting a window on the screen showing the other moves?

    As the month of August winds down I find myself legitimately sad that the 25-minute workouts are ending. I've found myself focusing more on form, pushing myself harder, and then making time for a longer stretch/cool down. These have been great.
    Constructive feedback would be to describe more clearly the bonus move directions.
