If you are concerned wirh carrying, think of changing the timing of your hesi. A lot of us today do the NBA thing where we dribble and as the ball is coming high up off the ground we hesi, but you can do you body hesitation movements the second the ball hits the floor, before he comes back up too high and possible above your palm
If you don’t want to do a skip hesi where it’s hard not to carry the ball you could try a shot fake hesi where you look at the rim and kind of just let the ball sit there and act like you are going to pick it up and shoot it. Then you can get an easy pull up or a drive to the hoop I’m not the best at explaining it, sorry

Can you do a Tutorial video on the mechanics of doing Hesi's, without carrying the ball please. The correct way to let the ball float.
