Keep in mind that if Lorthemar and Alleria were truly friends then he'd be pretty damn annoyed that she comes back after all this time, corrupted by the void, and isn't there to catch up or anything, but goes straight to trying to recruit him for the alliance. Why would he not be absolutely pragmatic in his response if the reason for her visit is coldly diplomatic as well?
Hey we can't ALL fork over the big bucks to play a game that you literally can never pause, even when your parents DEMAND your attention at the worst possible time.
I find this all very hard to believe. I played through all of the Suramar campaign with more than one of my Alliance characters, and after everything that's happened I doubt Thalyssra would just abandon that friendship because of one night elf priestess that was mean to her. I hate Tyrande with a passion, for more reasons than I care to list, but all she did here was warn Thalyssra and ask her how she can prove the Nightborne won't betray the Alliance. And then the Nightborne go and betray the Alliance. Very plausible, Blizzard.
Thalyssra really want to side with nelf with the alli thats why she turned to them first. But Tyrande rejected them she's very rude and i dont think they can work together if tyrande dont trust her. And heck nelf didnt save suramar to help the nightborne they just do it because of the legion. Its simple tyrande turned her back on the nightborne so they went to the horde
Well there are a couple of things I'd like to point out there. First of all, you're correct in saying there is no way the Nightborne would be able to join the Alliance if the two factions wouldn't trust each other. Which is why Tyrande was so "abrupt" in her approach to Thalyssra's position. I think Tyrande made the right choice in criticizing the actions of the Nightborne. Let's not forget, that they joined forces with the Burning Legion. Willingly, or not, that's besides the point. Because if they were to join sides in the same manner with any future threats to the existence of the Alliance, then the Alliance would be in great peril. And the same goes for the Horde, or any other faction. Secondly, no serious "leader" would give up on ensuring a safe future for their people only because the rude words of someone else. Thirdly, you said that the Alliance saved Suramar because they wanted to stop the Legion, not because they wanted to save Suramar. I think the exact same is true for the Horde. I think any faction in that position would prioritize the survival of life on their planet, over one race that's in a bad position. And nevertheless, huge efforts have been made by both faction to ensure the safety of Nightborne civilians who were caught in a position that they did not deserve or want. I'm not saying that the Nightborne joining the Horde is implausible under any conditions, but it certainly is improbable given the current conditions. What Thalyssra did is nothing short of betraying the faction that took part in the liberation of her people. And I find that despicable. I would have understood the relationship deteriorating over time, culminating in the Nightborne joining the Horde, but that wasn't what happened. Lady Liadrin blindly offered the Nightborne a position in the Horde, and Thalyssra accepted on behalf of the entirety of her people, and that was that. _____________________________________________________________________ *Sorry for the wall of text, feel free to dismiss it if you don't like reading.*
Rareș Fărăgău The Alliance never sent any diplomatic envoy and both Tyrande and Vereesa made it clear the Alliance wasn’t joining in the fight to liberate Suramar, but to destroy Nightwell to prevent the Legion from using it further. Tyrande even goes so far as to suggest the Nightborne should be used as sacrificial pawns by the Alliance. Liadrin, meanwhile, extended an arm of friendship to the Nightborne during the battle, and afterwards with a diplomatic envoy sent to them on orders from the Warchief herself, the Nightborne know the Horde is more inviting and welcoming of their people. This isn’t as one dimensional as Alliance-biased fans like yourself are making it out to be.
We know the Alliance didn't send any diplomatic envoy, but that's not the point. You don't join a faction that might be in a war your people don't need just because of a diplomatic Envoy. Tyrande is a cold bitch, and I'll be the first to agree to that, but both the Horde and the Alliance did the exact same things in preparation for the battle for the Nighthold. They both spread propaganda to incite the citizens, which was the right thing to do, because it created pressure on the occupation. Lady Liadrin saying take care of the citizens, does not mean she extended an arm of friendship. Both factions participated in "humanitarian" acts, if you can call them that. The reason this *is* one dimensional, is because this didn't happen over a longer period of time, it feels like it just happened over night. The invasion was over, Tyrande was mean, Lady Liadrin was cunning in a way that is well out of her character if you ask me, and then the Nightborne joined the Horde just like that. You'd think at least a few of the Nightborne who fought alongside Alliance members would question Thalyssra about being thrown into another war. Or the part of the Nightborne nobility that was still alive would ask her to take a break and just consider what the next right move is. It might sound to you like I'm an Alliance fanboy, but that's simply not true. I'm a fan of the universe blizzard created, and I'm a fan of good storytelling. This just isn't good enough because it isn't realistic. Just put yourself in Thalyssra's shoes. Your home was devastated by the legion, many of your own kind died to the hands of both the Legion and the united forces of Azeroth, you barely made it through and managed to secure some kind of future for your people, and then you get a diplomatic request from one of those two factions. You you meet up, you see they share the same values as you do and that your peoples have a lot in common. You see that they're willing yo help you out... and then you witness that hate filled drama between Lor'themar and Alleria. You hear harsh words about both the leaders of the Alliance and the Horde. Tell me that isn't a huge red flag... Same thing can be said of all four allied races recruitment scenarios. I'm almost convinced this was more of a marketing decision intended to make people pre-order, but that's beside the point.
Can anyone say "Blizzard Horde-bias"? Horde got all the coolest races while the Alliance got re-skinned sloppy seconds. That's why the Nightborne joined the Horde.
as long as you do all the requirements on the alliance side, you may unlock them with any lvl 120 horde character. Same goes for void elves and lightforged Draenei. The requirements can be finished in either faction. but unlocking quest can only be done with the faction they join.

Nice. Horde: Here are your new races, you have to be exalted with factions available since the start of the expansion. Alliance: Here are your new races, you have to be exalted with the newest factions that have only been available for a few months. Blizzard showing it's faction bias again
Can't be a traitor when you never had any type of loyalty to a faction whatsoever. Also notice who is and who isn't there. It's very simple and straight forward.
+Rafael Arandas quite ironic...actually. The Humans betrayed the Blood Elves if you play WarCraft 3, the Grand Marshal or Marshal whatever his rank is...Garithos I think his name is. Takes all their Soldiers (Footmen and Knights) and left them to fight the Scourge they required that Naga help every time especially considering them being imprisoned for having the Naga help them. So Garithos betrayed them, yes Kael and them technically left the Alliance but they were to be executed anyways otherwise their Mana thirst would have gotten them if the executioners didn't...so technically while they are traitors in a way the Void Elves are the traitors minus Alleria who was never loyal to the Horde.
Actually, the Blood Elves were betrayed by the Alliance. Kael'Thas came to the Alliance for help after his people had lost the Sunwell and were suffering from the withdrawal. He and his kin were treated like like 3rd class citizens, by none other than General Proudmore, Jaina's father. Then he met Illidan who had a solution to his addiction problem.

Can ı get nightborne as an alliance my rep is enough but ı don't know about the questline?
You are able to do Questline on Horde only
Nightborne in Legion time are Neutral, now in BFA they are part of Horde
as long as you do all the requirements on the alliance side, you may unlock them with any lvl 120 horde character. Same goes for void elves and lightforged Draenei. The requirements can be finished in either faction. but unlocking quest can only be done with the faction they join.
Na na na na na as tears of rain are falling
You, I’m thinking of you
Na na na na na among the seasons that go by
I hope that you’re happy
When you said: ”I found a shooting star”
Your voice on the telephone looked
Like you were happy that day
Looking up at each other’s sky
Experiencing everyday the same feel
It made me feel in high spirits
Not being able to really overcome the distance
Being childish I was very afraid and
I could not protect you so I’m saying goodbye to the past
Do you still laugh, making the same smiling face
Like those days?
Na na na na na as tears of rain are falling
You, you are not here
Na na na na na no matter how many times I remember
You, it’s you, it’s only you
Being blocked by a tall building
I could not see it even if I stretched my back
The loneliness hidden in the shadows
Watching in playback, the younger me
Who was being stupid
I would accept it now, without getting agitated
To become a strong man able to protect you
If you fall in love
With someone else after me
I would like to make this true for you
I’m like a shooting star
The man that I am now exists
Because of the love that you taught me
Na na na na na as tears of rain are falling
You, I’m thinking of you
Na na na na na among the seasons that go by
I hope that you’re happy
The days of us two together looked like a dream
Thank you
I feel like I’m broken now that it’s over
As for love, to yearn for somebody so much
Until I came to meet you, I don’t know why
But, the tears as I raise my eyes are getting dry
Na na na na na as tears of rain are falling
You, you are not here
Na na na na na no matter how many times I remember
You, it’s you, it’s only you
Na na na na na as tears of rain are falling
You, I’m thinking of you (Thank you)
Na na na na na among the seasons that go by
So that you can be happy, I say goodbye
Does anyone know the name of the music at 4:25 please ?
Night walk. From the tyrande encounter in the dungeon end times from cataclysm
only ptr at the moment?
This One 6uy Available on live if you pre order the expac.
So I completed everything Nightborne race related on an ALLIANCE toon for nothing?! Plz respond anybody!
There is so much hypocrisy among elves of the Horde. That's why I can't main their races for too long
Isn’t tyranda a hypocrite too? She acuses the nightborne of being like ashara, who was her own queen that she did nothing to stop.
She also has proven to be a xenophobic psycho ever sense Warcraft 3. She hates mages and helped to propagate a society built on divisions based on gender.
She goes to the nightborne during legion and makes it clear she has no interest in diplomacy. She destroyed their night well and left them behind.
She refused their attempts at diplomacy, leading to them joining the horde.
Future war blood elves vs void elfs and high elves lothermar he is no a king he was a subordinate of sylvanas and the most oldest is alleria and very high position she should be the leader and lothermar hasn’t have the position to tell to alleria something like that and even to prohibit to come to silvermoon who alleria was a hero and high rank than him about rommath he is kinda jealous because sylvanas sister of alleria refused his prince kaelthas but rommath shouldn’t have spoken like that to alleria she is is more rank and also hero but anyways it seems like it will be warfront nightborne and blood elves vs void elfs and high elves plus something alleria vs lothermar
Shame i can't unlock them, I pvp only, and you have to do a raid to get an achievement that is required to unlock them
Nice. Horde: Here are your new races, you have to be exalted with factions available since the start of the expansion. Alliance: Here are your new races, you have to be exalted with the newest factions that have only been available for a few months. Blizzard showing it's faction bias again
they'll regret this decision!
cry a river blue boy
Or not 😁
@@EijiShinjo48 what's done its done it can't be undone. You're too late for that comment.
@@dominikpolewka310 I'm not on Alliance side lol, i'm Horde since ever so i'm happy 😁👌
@@EijiShinjo48 it doesn't matter now
*AH, INFAMOUS NIGHTBORNE UNGRATEFULLNESS!*
if not tyrande in war3, there should not be any blood elves.
ungrateful creatures, maiev was right.
zsd
Traitors!
i maybe be playing both sides but i can sense the salt in you
Can't be a traitor when you never had any type of loyalty to a faction whatsoever.
Also notice who is and who isn't there. It's very simple and straight forward.
Obviously the blood elves are traitors to the Alliance, yes.
Great more Elves....ughhh.
Γκρηνιάρης # but you weren’t expecting a void elf...were you?
Crap we are gonna get cyber Elves soon won't we....?
