It never ceases to amaze me how every single reactor gets confused about the walls, despite the scene where its explained both verbally and visually that Shiganshina was a town inside a protrusion from the wall in order to lure titans to that section.
Important misunderstood info, the titan we saw in this episode is completely different than the one you see in the first episode (that was 50 meters+ tall). Also each wall has "nipples" and what we seen so far was a nipple gate first episode + the first wall gate broken in this episode. Easy things to misunderstand but pretty important info to know for you to make proper theories etc and not be 100% off :D

@@pacomorales2369 Unless one pays a lot of attention to the dialogs (eg. 01x3), i think the show never explicity told the audiences the age of the characters, so it was not a spolier. Knowing the kids age will not negatively affect the viewing experience, in fact it adds a lot of gravity to the tragedies. Thats why they should know.
huge red titan is the one destroy wall of shiganshina which is a wall that belongs to small city. But muscle yellow titan destroyed wall of maria. And with that we lost 1 of the big walls.

So the wall has an interesting design structure to it where they have these small semi-circle portions that protrude outside the circumference of each wall. These portions are the districts where the majority of the population resides. The remaining land within the walls are mostly barren or either used for cultivation and animal husbandry. The reason for having these districts that are densely packed is so that titans outside all attract and stay close to those particular areas. And since titans only stay outside the walls of these districts, soldiers don't have to maintain or overlook the rest of the wall. This is done for efficiency cus wall Maria has a circumference of over 3000 km and rose and sina are pretty damn long too Also the the titan in the first episode is different to the one here. The one in the first episode was considerably taller (60m) even than the wall. While the one In episode 2 was smaller with a more muscular frame and yes it did look like this one had armour. So the gate that was kicked open by big boi titan was the outer wall of shiganshina district, and the gate ran through here was the gate of wall Maria. So basically they first invaded shiganshina district where eren lived and then broke through wall Maria
Some may say that he mispronounced corps at the end. I however jest to put forward that a " a corpse group" is basically the most accurate way to describe those who fly the wings of freedom
They were 10 when wall Maria fell At the end of the episode they were 12 but I guess due to animation budget or something they look a bit older but in the manga they looked younger so it was a weird anime decision

But seriously, you should watch all the openings and endings after finishing the show.
