    I am just loving the glass jar with handle u are using to pour out the liquids in your recipes.

    Would the chanas be cooked to perfection without soaking?.
    What is the type of coconut u are using in your recipes?.
    Is it available in India?.

      We need to soak the chana overnight Laavanya. Mostly i use either frozen coconut or desiccated
