Creamy Basque Cheesecake | Super creamy texture!

- Here’s my twist on Spain’s famous cheesecake: toasty on the outside, so soft and gooey inside! It’s incredibly easy-just keep mixing. The result? A melt-in-your-mouth dessert you’ll love😋🤤
Ingredients:
Cream cheese 420g | Sugar 86g | White chocolate 100g | Vanilla extract 2tsp
Whole eggs 3 | Egg yolk 1 | Whipping cream 240g | Cornstarch 5g
Preheat oven to 250°C.
Bake at 240°C with top and bottom heat for 20 minutes,
then 6-10 minutes in fan mode.
*Note: Ovens vary, adjust baking time and temperature as needed.
