Good observations!
Kenyans eat fresh foods with very minimal spices if any at all. Spices tend to cloud the authentic food flavour.
On wealth display, Kenyans are the most discreet and unpretentious. We don't flash our money around or show off.

He had a running stomach the entire day and he swore to never eat "African food again ." East Africans some times eat a little pepper in our food but not the way Nigerians or Ghanaians eat pepper. It's like the food has to create a swore taste for it to be considered good. 😆 😄 🤣

One of the reasons you didn't see so many flushy cars over here is because they are so expensive to import due to our year limit on vehicle importation, which is 8years as oppossed to Nigeria where it is 15years. The newer the car, the more expensive it is to import.
