Good observations! Kenyans eat fresh foods with very minimal spices if any at all. Spices tend to cloud the authentic food flavour. On wealth display, Kenyans are the most discreet and unpretentious. We don't flash our money around or show off. I hope you enjoyed Nairobi ♥️

One of the reasons you didn't see so many flushy cars over here is because they are so expensive to import due to our year limit on vehicle importation, which is 8years as oppossed to Nigeria where it is 15years. The newer the car, the more expensive it is to import.
I understand the not eating soup criticism as a ugandan. Because we ugandans love soup. But I don't understand how Nigerians eat alot of pepper without getting sick. In East Africa most people don't like too much pepper in their food.

Not all regions in Nigeria eat pepper and trust me pepper is actually really nice when you add it to your cooking.
