It isn't openly stated that Archer is his best class, but it's widely speculated that it is since he'd be able to use the bow that assures he'll win against practically anything no matter what.

It was part-time taunt and genuine consideration. Vlad is the king of Romania as well as her Guardian. Karna taunts him because he can easily contend with him despite Vlad's advantage. The genuine part of that sentence is because a king's power includes his country and his subjects. Its only natural for a king to fight with his retinue. Karna is quite prideful (not arrogant). Hence why you could see that sentence as genuie from him.

Duryodhana goes to heaven because he upholds his Dharma as a Kshatriya to the end and never compromises; he could have chosen to fight Yudhistira with his Gada (mace) and won easily but he chose to face Bhima because his honour demanded a duel with a worthy opponent. Similarly Radheya (Karna) never forsakes his ideals, he suffers the consequences of his actions but never wished ill on anyone personally.
In this case, the Pandavas are morally wrong, but as Sri Krishna says, duty to oneself is not the same as duty to the world. To defend a righteous future can at times require unrighteousness but the key element is to understand that and work tirelessly towards accounting for all your actions, good and bad. Once all your dues are paid you receive moksha and escape the cycle of cause and effect (samsara).
Thus both sides are right and wrong. Ultimately the Pandavas secure the future at the cost of the present. Only when one acknowledges and conquered all facets of one’s life (the Kuru dynasty united) does the perfect outcome appear.

Fate has always did Karna dirty. To have the noble Phantasm to counter Vasavi shakti during same time as Karna was summoned is just DIRTY.

I think karna in anime was not clearly portrayed whenever he introduce himself he will either tell other he is son of Radha or vasusen or sut not son of the sun god.

In fate verse heroic spirits are summoned in spiritual containers called servants.Servants are only a fraction of what mythological hero s were in real life(except for historic figures)Karna being a demi god is one of the strongest heroic spirits and thus cant be summoned in his intended archer class because it wouldnt be able to contain his power.He 'd need a Grand Archer vessel.

He does qualify for the class, but this aspect of him is summoned with the spear Indra gifted him

if gil is serious which is rare, gil wins, if karna uses vasavi shakti first, karna wins, depends on who employs their noble phantasm first
Both are exceptionally strong. I'd place my bets on Karna however due to his practically invulnerable armour (He shook off attacks from Vlad's two Noble Phantasms, B and A+ tier no less with almost no damage), his divinity (Gil also has it), his affinity against Archers (and how Archers are weaker against Lancers) and because both have EX-tier Noble Phantasms.
If u goes on fate power scale of karna and Gilgamesh then u can say gilamesh but some version only and if u go on original story of karna and Gilgamesh then karna one shot Gilgamesh.
