    This is the best workout I have ever seen. No one ever does this in the gym. The gains you can get from this are incredible

    when i used the landmine exercises, i felt like i am hitting the gym for the first time and there were different parts of my body that were used for the first item and they were sore the other day. i get a lot of good results from this unique way. And its feels more fun doing that. This is the most ignored thing on the planet that actually give huge results.

    To think that I was going to go back to the treadmill and stair stepper to get some aerobic conditioning. This looks so much more fun and more than enough aerobic to take a few of these and do a 10 minute circuit. Compare 10 minutes of a treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper to 10 minutes of lumberjack squat and press - life changing.

    So, I tried the lumberjack squat to press. I'm 5'8" and my bar is 7'. If I get into a squat position, the press is like a bench press, arms straight out in front of me. I think that I need a 30' bar to make this work like a real press! Maybe one of those landmine attachments that you can put on your rack upright at chest level. Would need a stand to hold it horizontal until lifted off. Might as well just do barbell squat and press but the pivot point is nice for stability for us over 65 folks.

    Can you please tell me where to get that exact landmine attachment? there is one on ebay similar to that for $99 - but the others are priced high. Does the heaviness of the attachment matter? Not sure which to get...

    • @Quincy8Boy
      @Quincy8Boy 3 роки тому

      YOu can attach to floor, or wall. A cheap alternative if you have a corner, is a tennis ball on the end of the barbell.

    What landmine attachment is that? Most of the ones I'm finding seem like the they only move up and down, no horizontal movement. Or maybe I'm wrong... Any help?

    • @cwsspot
      @cwsspot 4 роки тому

      @@iRushDiveTeam Well to answer your question. I ordered a random landmine attachment from Amazon and I guess I was just seeing it wrong? Cause it has a full range of motion. So it would seem they all do...
