I would absolutely LOVE to see a Jayne Mansfield hairstyle! Her curls in “The Girl Can’t Help It” were so captivating to me! Such a beautiful and timeless look ❤

She’s is definitely on my list! I’ve struggled to get her volume and I think it’s my hair texture being so fine but I love her hair 👌

My first cousin used to do her hair exactly like this in the mid to late 70's. Maybe it's just me, but I personally think that pageboy hair cuts look amazing. Great video.

A beautiful video. Your hair is honey colored as Paul Simon wrote in the song: For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her.

I love this look! Do you have any advice for keeping your curls in a humid state? I recently started having to walk quite a length to the bus stop in the morning, but the Texas humidity makes my curls fall almost immediately which is a bummer after all the effort it takes! Any advice is appreciated!

It is a huge bummer! I live in Florida, so I totally understand what you’re experiencing. If I’m going to be spending time outside, I’ll usually wear a hairnet to maintain the curls, especially if exercising or sweating. Sometimes I’ll wear a scarf or a bandanna and remove those items once indoors. Using setting products and hairspray will help too. if you’re fighting high humidity, you may want to stick with styles that are more pinned up and together like a foax Bob are chignon. I try to save my brush outs for days with lower humidity or when I know I’m going to be staying inside

Can this style still be achieved using pillow rollers or foam rollers? Love your videos!

Yes! Just following the same setting pattern and brushing out

At the beginning: I love your makeup (50s inspired subtle colour on your lids). Would be great to see a tutorial.
Also, you used a few new hairstyling products (setting lotion, hairspray ect.). what is your review on them?
