Nice vid. Very useful for low levels. There could be additional mentions, like Gaila, which can be useful against armada to lowel their crit damage.
The thing that this video lacks, in my opinion, is the crews that you get with faction tockens. Morale, hull breach and burning can (and should) be farmed when you start to get to the twenties, and they will be very useful.
