Didn’t you lose some renters at the mobile home park when you raised the rates so significantly?
more than likely no. When you raise the rent to market level, they will know that if they move the rent will be the same as the raise and they'll ask themselves the question, "is it worth moving"? Answer- no, and they will stay.
