You actually go to the courthouse for the county and usually they will have computers with their system and you look up the property. You can usually get an access password if you pay them a few bucks so you can look at home. Someone told you to check the courthouse. You want your hand held. Drive to the courthouse. Drive to all the courthouses in the area and get online access. Guarantee they will help you. @@nakzadi4015

Great Video. I had a deal that came my way . 25 units ...425k. plus a Duplex is included in the deal. The guy with the deal will manage the property. But I have to bring in the 425k. Rents are 450 per door. I want to use private money to fund my side 100%.
