I'm not sure any other game has ever filled me with the same sense of wonder that Outer Wilds does - this is such a good reminder of why I fell in love with it to begin with

Ik its not the hardest puzzle or anything but i will never forget sitting on the toilet watching a random youtube video then suddenly thinking, "what if i tried to go inskde the jellyfish to get to the core". I had no expectation for this to work but when it did, WOW, it felt incredible
Toilet thinking always comes through.
Seriously though I struggle to think of a game that matches that feeling
when you compared the game to hollow knight I couldnt help but chuckle, cause people in the community call similar games metroidbrainias, where similar to a metroidvania you are gated by something, but instead of skills and upgrades its knowledge

you say you learnt why the super nova kept occurring from the interloper. the interloper tells nothing of the supernova. also there are clues about the sunward fissure.

I would say it's more like Toki Tori 2 than Hollow Knight, since you technically have the tools to overcome obstacles, but lack the knowledge of how to do so!
