How'd you get it into mute? The instructions I got to do so just don't work 😅

Press and hold the "1" key until keypad flashes twice. Should now be in silent mode.

They have instructions within the packaging covering all of it. Or they should anyway. If you don't have them, I'd suggest emailing the seller to get them.

That's all in the manual. If I remember right, there is a little button under the fingerprint thing on the inside.
