I started and I’m about to run my first half marathon in 3 weeks. I didn’t know how much I needed it, it helps me to focus and to balance my working time. I love that you see the Progression and development in just the first weeks.

hab im laufe der jahre immer wieder von derselben marke laufschuhe gekauft, weil die mir immer in derselben größe passen und ich mir da keinen Kopf darum machen muss, welche größe jetzt zu mir passt. Bei den meisten Marken ist das ja immer unterschiedlich. Genau so ist es bei tshirts oder Hoodies von distorted People. ich weiß einfach dass auf die marke verlass ist genau das was ich brauche :)

I think something like martial arts is actually much better for mindfulness because you have no choice but to be in the moment
Both have their benefit. Running is better for mindfulness though. Don’t hate on others choices.

Don't put running in a box and label it. So many runners become focused on speed and splits when in reality, as this video proves, running can give you so much more benefit.
