    As a 50 something follower I I'm starting to realize I really need to do low impact. I was a little nervous seeing a 60 minute workout but I was able to finish it because it was low impact. As always thanks so much penny for all you do for us, keeping us fit lean and strong 💪😘🙅

    I also have been feeling tired as I am over 50. I really enjoyed this workout. It was a slower pace that I think I need more of now. I still felt I worked hard and was super sweaty after. Thank you Penny!!! Keep up the good work💪🙅🙅‍♂. We love no repeats!!!

    Enjoyed this video! I got through 80% of it in one hour, as I consciously make sure not to use momentum on the exercises... so each set for me is about 50 seconds long and then I rewind sometimes. Always get a great workout when following along with Penny!

    Oh my darling Penny. This workout makes me so happy. I know it was one of my requests awhile ago. Amazing! By no means easy because it is low impact. Love the addition of heavier weight intervals, alternating with low impact cardio. And the length is my favorite too! You are so awesome. ❤🎉 Thank you. 😊

    Wow, Penny!!! Thank you so very much for this workout!!! Here I thought that it was going to be fairly mellow but boy did I burn a decent amount of calories!!! I opted to use slightly heavier weights for most of the moves since today is technically my strength day. You sprinkled in just the right amount and type of cardio. THANK YOU!!!!

    This workout is 🔥🔥!!! Love it!!! I’ve already done it 3 times and it will definitely be a minimum twice a week workout!! Me and my knees thank you!!! Always at least a 600 calorie burn and I feel so strong!!!! Love you, Penny!!!! 😘

    This was great 😃 exactly my type of workout. Long, no repeat strength and cardio but low impact I ❤. According to my Garmin 498 calories burned, however I did each exercise for 45 seconds. Thanks Penny 😘
