Hi Penny. Depends on what is my goal for the day. If it is more cardio focused, I like to alternate between strength and cardio to keep my heart rate up. If it is heavy weight training, then doing all the strength exercises first and ending with a cardio hiit burst works for me. Can’t wait for this one, you are killing us in a good way with the heavier weights😂 Thank you!
Your workouts are still the best! Challenging yet with great modifications for this 60 yr old body. And then there are the pups. They always make me smile during the workout 😊

Please if you can make a workout with aerobic stepper with dumbbells probably 45 mins duration and with dumbbells with resistance with the same duration.Thank you thank you and your dogos are sooo cute.

I love 45mins-1 hour work outs …. Intense strength is my favorite …, and I don’t mind 15mins of cardio . So that was perfect for me . I like repeat like 2 circuits but no repeat is fine as well . Much appreciated . Thank you ❤
Did this today & I happened to be wearing a white top & black shorts lol!! Also, loved that the modification panel stayed up. When i couldn't do another moment of the cardio, instead of stopping it showed me an option.

Good workout! I think I like the cardio mixed in, though it doesn't matter. I really like a 2x repeat. 45 sec strength and no repeat 30 sec cardio superset. Either way, I always leave your workouts as a sweaty mess.😊

I would suggest mixing it up. Follow along with the Build N Burn Workout Playlist that’s at the top of my channel. In the description is a link to the workout calendar that goes with it. You’ll be alternating between strength and cardio workouts! A perfect combination 😅
