Helo Marks if you ever raise enough money in the future, get a Martin HD 35 I've been playing the guitar since Xmas 1999 , I've had a few acoustic guitars, and this one is the best. 😎✌
swiftlessons hello Rob I just wanna say, you've been a great help, didn't realise for 1 dollar you can get so much, specialy the tabs and chord sheets, I would love to see you do Harry Nilsson everybody talking, Amy Winehouse rehab or Bruce Springsteen Tougher than the rest in the key of G. I've been doing your lesson Stand by me Ben E King, what a teacher you are 😎👍✌
I’m sitting here at Cincinnati children’s hospital with my 5 year old grandson and his eyes started watering listening to you. He loves to hear you sing peaceful songs. Thank you so much
You are by far one of the greatest musician/ teacher there is.. I've been playing guitar a long time 15 + years and I lost that fire and you brought it back man your voice and simple way you teach its so awesome thank you so much for who you are and what you are and what you do thank you
Rob: I was the one who requested this song, and I thank you so much for giving this. And as with all your lessons it was done extremely well. Even though I'm a beginner, I found it easy to follow.
This pandemic was hard I lost my apartment and lost my job now i work at odds and ends doing odd jobs waiting at Home Depot and what's worse my guitar broke but guess what I put two screws in it and I fixed it and I can play Beautiful music again and watching your videos brings me back and it makes me realize things will be okay everything will balance out thank you again man
Hi Rob!...I'm a professional solo performer, similar to what you're doing. I've been playing for more than four decades. I just want you to know that I highly appreciate your work because I can identify with it, everytime I work out a song, which amount to literally hundreds of them! Having said that, you make my job much easier when you work out a song...for which I'm grateful. Don't bother about your detractors, because like it is said: "Nobody kicks a dead dog!" Keep up the good work...God bless you and all your endeavours!
+Richard Martinez thank you Richard! I've been making progress thanks to all these lessons. I'll have some original music out soon. Thanks for the positive feedback. -Rob
Wow. The change from C# to Gm7 always kills me, the chorus is the most special thing I've ever heard. What an amazing progression. Thanks for the lesson, didn't really need it, but I see you're a good teacher, so keep on it. Your voice is great too, I think singing is really important with beginners because they know where they're located in the song. A nice lesson, another subscriber well earned 👊😁
I see trees of green, red roses too, I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white, The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night. And I think to myself what a wonderful world. The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky, Are also on the faces of people going by. I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do, They're really saying I love you. I hear babies crying, I watch them grow, They'll learn much more than I'll never know. And I think to myself what a wonderful world, Yes, I think to myself what a wonderful world.
Wow, I'm new to Swiftlessons and I didn't know this young gentleman also sings in some of his tutorials. This video is a perfect example of how you never know from someones speaking voice, how and if they can sing. I'm here for the guitar/song lesson, but I thoroughly enjoy his singing. Yes, his speaking voice is nice, but his singing is unique and distinctive. Thank you!!
Dang! I taught myself in the happy key of 'G', n' using bar chords - 6s, 9s, 7s maj's and Maj7's, never again. I knew there was something missing, and you resolved it for me, those ' o and + ' thank you. I'll be staying in the much better by far key of 'F', a sweeet melancholy. Giving that a 👍
I know your objective here is to teach guitar and you do it so well, however, you should audition for The Voice...BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, rendition of a "Sachmo" classic! Been playing rhythm guitar off and on (more off than on) since age 12. Just retired and try to spend 2 or 3 hours a day learning how to play more than just basic chords and some lead (mostly blues). Your lessons are thorough and easy to understand and follow! Thanks!!
# 1 !!! this lesson motivated me to subscribe, did not comment or likes. now I owe it to say excellent lesson, you gave it time, good voice and clear presentation!
You have a wonderful voice Sir. I really love and enjoy your video. Everything is just perfect! I'd love to support your channel in every way i can. Thank you so much for great lesson.

He has a decent voice but he definitely overdubbed this you can hear the dripping reverb which isn't natural to just singing like this.
He has a good voice but this is recorded and lip sang with a ton of effects
