Hello, thank you for your comment. When I started working in a coffee shop during busy rush, at first I used to get nervous at times as I used to find it overwhelming but now, I am totally fine. I enjoy it, I am capable, experience and confidence does help. I love making coffee for my customers. I appreciate everyone who comes in and I want to give them the best cup of coffee, it makes me happy that I am capable to provide it :) At first, I thought I could never too, but the machinery, practice, support from the customers and the team, it is possible :) You are more capable than you think ;). Thank you for your support. Sending you lots of love from London, thank you, Sandra :)

Hello, thank you for your comment. The grinder is amazing. I would highly recommend any of Mahlkonig products, I have 3 of their grinders. 2 x E65S GBW and 1 x Omnia, all 3 are outstanding, precise and reliable. Also, the customer support is great and there are a lot of videos on UA-cam, so in case you need any more information and explanations, for example editing the recipe etc. I have had E65S GBWs for more than 3 years and I am still happy with them and I would recommend it. Please let me know if you have any more questions, I will be happy to help and answer, thank you, Sandra
Hello, thank you for your comment. It depends on your experience, knowledge and skills. Milk frothing is one skill, adjusting the grinder is another, setting up the coffee machine, changing water settings for the extraction and pre-brewing and many more skills are required to be a barista. There is quite some training required to be able to master these skills. I don't know where you are based, but for London, please check Glassdoor, Indeed, Reed websites. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please get in touch, I will try to help. Thank you Sandra :)
