Hello and thank you for your comment. It's a great thing and feeling owning a coffee shop. It can be rewarding doing both things in the same location but there are also some challenges that can get in a way, such as: space, equipment, time, consistency, costs, staff training and many other. Roasting coffee beans yourself is great as you have control over quality and flavours. You do have to dedicate time, money and space for this to happen. I will upload a video about the challenges that I face as a business owner in this field later on in the future. Thank you :)

It looks like they use Square POS but then an external terminal with probably lower transaction fees.
